His letter has gone viral and he is carrying the colors for millions of patriotic Americans. He has already served eight years in the Corps, but this letter has made him a hero to the millions of patriotic Americans who haven’t forgotten they once swore to defend the Constitution.

I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.

I let them know that even though I was a registered Libertarian and never really opposed either one of them if they choose to support Sen. The incident happened at a home on Henderson Ridge Land in Loganville around 1 p.m. The worman was working in an upstairs office when she spotted a strange man outside a window, according to Walton County Sheriff Joe Chapman. He said she took her 9-year-old twins to a crawlspace before the man broke in using a crowbar.
But the man eventually found the family.
‘The perpetrator oepns that door. Of course, at that time he’s staring at her, her two children and a .38 revolver.’ Chapman said.
The woman shot him five times, but he survived, Chapman said.
‘She’s standing over him, and she realizes she’s fired all six round. And the guy’s telling her to quit shooting,’ Chapman said.
Deputies arrested 32-year old Atlanta resident Paul Slater in connection with the crime. Chapman said thefourd him on the ground saying ‘Help me. I’m close to dying.’
In February, Slater was arrest on simple battery charges….He has been arrested six other times in the county since 2008.”

OK, so this scum enters a home with a crowbar (which can/has been used as a weapon) in broad daylight, goes through the house including a crawlspace looking for what he can steal and get shot by the homeowner who is protecting her family.

In my estimation, she did make a couple of good decisions, one being unloading her revolver in him. That way, if he took her gun away from her, all he could do was beat her with it, not shoot her. But I would advise strongly that she replace that .38 with something with a 4 in front of it, like a .45. The idea is to kill the bastard, not shoot him a couple of times so he can run out and get in his vehicle like this perp did. Forntunately, he crashed his car and was found on the driveway of another homeowner.
So if the scum survives, he will be charged with illegal home entry, and possibly attempted burglary, he’ll get six months and will be out on the street to do it all over again. Only this time, he’ll go to some county in New York where he knows who’se armed and who’se not, thanks to a local NY rag.

Hey y’all, don’t count on anything less than a howitzer for a one stop shot. I worked a shooting case a few years back, bad guy caught three .45 military ball rounds in the chest. The exploratory surgery to recover the rounds and check his insides for damage is what hurt him, the rounds, not so much. His partner in crime dumped him at the ER and he walked in. I will tell ya this, trauma surgeons know how to do some damage. Another time, I worked a suicide attempt, dumbass missed with a .45 and blew off his lower jaw. And finally, I heard about a guy on PCP who caught nine .44 Mag rounds and stayed in the fight until he bled out.
Moral of my experience… it is all about shot placement… location, location, location.

I remember while working years ago for an armored car company repairing ATM’s a guy tried to shoot me.
He came running up at night on the far side of an outdoor ATM that I was working on. I caught shadow movement out of the corner of my eye and pulled my 9mm Beretta 92fs out of my holster. He opened fire with an AK47, hitting the backside of the cement and steel reinforced Diebold machine. As I was crouching in cover I remembered that I had been target practicing before work and had my magazine loaded with fully jacketed low velocity cheap target cartridges. I had been in a hurry and had forgotten to load in the usual +p+ semi jacketed hollow points, damn.
Halfway through his fusillade I managed to get off 4 shoots from my 15 round magazine and was lucky enough to hit him 3 times center mass. He fell down and was getting up when I carefully placed another shot in his left cheek just below his eye which ended the gun fight and his life on the spot. You don’t always need something that begins with 45, just sayin.
I still have that Beretta, it’s my friend for life.

he said give me the cash, than I SEE the gunout of his label coat up ,
my boss is reading his paper 6 feet from me, I glance at him, nothing, the guy is pointing on my chest,
I put my hand over my chest, in case he shoot, I take the money left in the cash about 100 dollar,
give it to him, at any second a customer will come to pay his bill or a waitress will come for change or my boss will raise his eyes or the door in the back of me will open from the kitchen to pay an outside
order, no nothing, the guy which I only look at when he look somewhere else he pick up the money put the gun back inside his lapel coat by the shoulder and start to runn toward the door way back
at least 100 feet maybe more while i call my boss and murmur a hold up, he start to go after the guy still running I tell him stop he has a gun, my boss said oh oh and stop,and said you know they did that last year on the safe downstairs, as I show him the thousand dollar in the drawer,
he said don’t tell about that money, just say the whole cash was robbed, he call the police,
and they think because I had just started to work there a week, they think I am a complice to it,
but a few days after I had a friend who made a picture of his face very well done,
I gave it to the police they picked him up right away and got me to identified him,
I was shook up by it, and quit the place, I ask the police if they think he would have shot me,
they said for sure if he would have been corner he would have without a doubt,

The problem isn’t guns, it’s the people who have no regard for life.

The Constitution reflects the founders’ rejection of statism and the concept of working toward the nebulous utopian state used as the carrot on the stick to mesmerize the feeble minded, who are so quick to reach out for the baubles promised by the omnipotent tyrant who promises them the wealth from the wealthy who stole it from the naive and stupid.
However, to deliver on these promises of wealth and the forever caring omniscient hands of Obama, they must surrender a few few rights for the collective good and allow Obama the Omnipotent to assume ever greater power.
Thus the tyranny of statism germinates under the guise of Obama’s benevolence. The individual is dehumanized and the individual’s concept of self is surrendered to the state and the citizens pull together for the good of the state, but first we need to change this Constitution, especially the 22 Amendment. It will be nearly impossible for Obama to consolidate his power within eight years. Statism is a life long commitment.
Now, I hope others can carry forth the argument against the lame brained, for I must drive across the border and work in Canada today, and my wifi connections will be spotty at best for a few days.
