Wow! Bill is spot on. The next GOP candidate would be well-advised to bring Whittle on as an adviser.

Conservatives and republicans have to realize that 98% of the media believes that their job is to make you look like an out of touch jerk. And you will look like a jerk if they and the public see that your only paying lip service to the platform you say your running on.

Mr Whittle is absolutely correct. There are few, if any, true conservatives within the Republican Party. Republicans try to talk the talk but they fail to walk the walk. Many Americans rejected the Republican Party choice for a presidential candidate during this (2012) election but relented once again, held their nose and vowed to vote for Romney. The results are as Mr Whittle stated … Romney and the Republicans failed to believe their stated conservative policies. We now have four years, barring unknown catastrophe in the near future, to find a true conservative with the courage, conviction, and character to state exactly what they believe. The time for Americans to hold their noses because the republicans are out of touch with the people is over. It is time to ride the republican politicians out of town on rails and bring in people we can trust and support to lead America back to greatness.

yes, and there are new party forming, I could not define their sides,
but the conservatives are well identified by now in many blogs
including FLOPPING ACES HERE, SO WHAT IF THEY IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE ONLY CONSERVATIVES PARTY AND RUN THAT WAY INSTEAD OF MERGING WITH ANOTHER SUPERIOR
REPUBLICAN PARTY, WHERE THEIR PROFILE ARE INTERPRETED AS INFERIOR TO REPUBLICAN,
THEN THE PEOPLE WOULD KNOW THE CANDIDATE IS A CONSERVATIVE , PERIOD
    AND NOT A MIX PARTY,
I THINK THAT TIME HAS COME TO SERIOUSLY[ DEMARCADE
[A FRENCH WORD] FOR A UNKOWN OTHER WORD]
SO THERE WOULD BE NO CONFUSION, ON THE REAL LABEL WHICH IS CONSERVATIVE.

No disagreements with anything stated above. Bill’s insight is obvious to any Conservative who sets aside the time to think. But I have a caution for all of us regarding where Mitt supposedly went wrong in his campaign–where, pray tell, was Mitt supposed to launch into one of these relatively detailed explanations of the superiority of Conservatism? I believe that Mitt could have and would have made his case as eloquently as Bill just did. The problem for Mitt and for all of us as Conservatives is that we must first either acquire parity in media presence that will allow for a full explanation–a teaching of Conservatism if you will–or we must not be afraid to disenfranchise the existent Leftist-media itself–talking OVER them with an even stronger message and presence that will MAKE sense even to the young and the misinformed voters who presently make-up that mythic 47% that just handed us our heads, metaphorically. This was the lesson that Andrew Breitbart bequeathed to us and that Bill Whittle and his fellow media-patriots are now working feverishly to realize.

yes and the sooner the better,
we on blog, try very hard to make known the values of CONSERVATIVES
WHO ARE WITHOUT ANY DOUBT SMATTER ON BEING THE BETTER LEADERS
    FROM THE WHITE HOUSE,
BUT TO COMPETE WITH THAT KIND OF PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY SENSE OF SELF DECENCY,
and where the corrupt are in all things they say and do to destroy the best of AMERICA,
the candidat would have to get down and fight them on their own class,
that is against the values of CONSERVATIVES WHICH ARE TO HIGH FOR THEM
TO MAKE THEM BECOME THE SAME SCUM THEY WANT TO UNSEAT,
WHAT ELSE IS LEFT NOW TO GET THEM OUT OF POWER SO TO SAVE THE YOUNG WHO THEY TOOK HOSTAGE FROM THE LAST 4 YEARS till more of their indoctrination they retained the power to finish their destructive agenda.
    bye

I notice that the MSM is already setting out IED’s in the path of potential GOP candidates for 2016. Witness, GQ’s December interview with Marco Rubio… re ‘How old is the earth?’

I’m not certain that an answer or answers like Whittle states them would get the job done, but they would certainly pave the way for a new level of telling it like it is. I was trying to think of the word that’s missing in our vocabulary the last 20 years — and it think the word is ‘PRIDE’!!
Heck, even our schools don’t give out ribbons to the winners now – they give out participation ribbons to everybody…..

Pride in America, pride in being an American; Pride in what we are, how we got to this condition, and pride in what we could become. What was that simple game plan that RWR had regarding the Cold War — oh yes, “We win – they lose!”

    Works for me……

I have never heard of ths guy, but will definitely keep my eye on. Awesome message. We need to get him to run in 2016. I too think highly of Mitt Romney, if there ever was a person that shoould have been elected but didn’t I think it would be him. Only my opinion. The oppourtunity to change came and went without a change.

yes, he was chosen at the end over the other CANDIDATES to represent the party,
and the GOVERNORS, accept him to become a rightfully good PRESIDENT, there was a lot of demolition of profile on him by THE MEDIAS and OBAMA publicity, ALL lies and attack on his person making him look bad when the other party are the worse .
I think that their problems are that they set up a government for the UN ORG, GLOBAL INTEREST,
not for AMERICAN, WHICH THEY NEGLECT TOTALY, IN WHAT IS NEEDED IN AMERICA ALONE
AS A PRIORITY, remember that woman who had emigrate and her child in school
was requested to learn the CONSTITUTION, AND THE WOMAN DISAGREE SAYING WHEN I EMIGRATE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A GLOBAL AMERICA, WHERE WOULD SHE HAVE LEARN THAT, WHO TOLD HER THAT?
THE DEMOCRATS LEANING ON BECOMING THE PUPPET OF THE UN ORG.
AS OPPOSE TO THE CONSERVATIVES AIMING ON THE WELL BEING OF AMERICANS FIRST,
and the DEMOCRATS PARTY FROM THE TOP SPECIALLY, is notice on many points, being blatantly offensive to AMERICANS, JUST TO NAME ONE, among other many, IS RELIGION IS TAKING OUT AND HARASS
IN PUBLIC THE NAME OF GOD IS SHUN OUT OF SCHOOLS AS WELL
    AS THE AMERICAN FLAG
IS GETTING FEWER IN VIEW, AND OTHER SIGNS WE NOTICE WHICH IS VERY WRONG,
and if we do not elect the CONSERVATIVES IN POWER, THE DEMOCRAT WILL DESTROY THE AMERICA,
AS OBAMA SAID HE WOULD CHANGE IT FOREVER,
WELL HE WILL GET SOME BAD REACTIONS FROM HIS GLOBAL AGENDA,
FROM THE STATES WHICH ARE SEEING IT CLEARER THAN EVER NOW,

One thing was conspicously absent from Bill’s speech. Without the driving power of the Diety, we would NEVER have accomplished a thing. We may believe in the power of a well motivated individual, but that can only carry us so far.

Whittle used to routinely mock people of faith as well, which I did not like at all. I do not know if he has changed his mind but this wasn’t but about 5 years ago that you could see he had no use for us knuckle dragging Christians.

I don’t think it is the economy anymore; this nation has simply lost its way and those like me will be ridiculed more and more as time goes by. It is written.

    hi,
I hope he read your comment, this is a good inciting for him to decide to get ready to run
for his candidacy to win the PRESIDENCY,
WHICH SHOULD BELONG TO THE RIGHT PERSON.
he would do great even from the start.
    and more of;
if he might start his own conservative party, he could be better,
because he would own the questions and answers,
and would not have any other party breeding on his neck

Whittle is missing the fact that Romney and his company shipped factories and jobs out of the country. Does that make him a good man? I don’t think so. Nor does taking over corporations and throwing hundreds of people out of work while stripping the companies of their capital. If greed is the measure of a good man, count me out. As far as pounding his chest about being against socialism, let’s consider the corporate socialism that has been going on in this country for decades. The rich are getting richer and the middle class is going down hill. Corporate bailouts have driven the country deeply into debt while corporate CEOs are taking big bonuses for their dismal failures. The banking system is in shambles and yet the badly need regulations are not forthcoming to stem the problem.

BILL WHITE is not missing anything, IT’S you who are missing, the fact that COMPANIES are working
in a climate which is welcome to their agenda,
and in the USA they sink them ,instead of welcome them,
but they welcome the FOREIGNERS with wide open doors,
that is the policy of the party to change AMERICA FOREVER, and scare away THOSE WHO HAVE FORTUNES,
MITT ROMNEY is a good man he did not need to run as a candidate, but he loved his country enough to leave all behind and try to fight the evil, so to fix the problem of THE PEOPLE not able to find jobs,
which have gone away because of the entitlement OBAMA hold on them,
along the UNIONS, now you got what you deserve for four more years, because the demonize MITT ROMNEY SO MUCH LIKE YOU ARE DOING, with leaning on stories like it.
do you believe that OBAMA will make the ripple in the ocean calm down?
how about it, did he succeed in the storm of the hurricane SANDY to stop the waves
    from destroying the land ?
I bet you believed it like the other who vote him back,
