10 Reasons to Hate Mitt Romney (Liberals Pay Attention)

1. Drop-dead, collar-ad handsome with gracious, statesmanlike aura, like every central casting’s #1 choice for Commander-in-Chief.

2. Been married to ONE woman his entire life, and has been faithful to her, including through her bouts with breast cancer and MS.

3. No scandals or skeletons in his closet. (How boring is that?)

4. Can’t speak in a fake, southern, “black preacher voice” when necessary.

5. Highly intelligent. Graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School…and by the way, his academic records are NOT sealed.

6. Doesn’t smoke or drink alcohol, and has never done drugs, not even in the counter-culture age when he went to college. Too square for today’s America?

7. Represents an America of “yesterday”, where people believed in God, went to Church, didn’t screw around, worked hard, and became a SUCCESS!

8. Has a family of five great sons…and none of them have police records or are in drug rehab. But of course, they were raised by a stay-at-home mom and that “choice” deserves America’s scorn.

9. Oh yes…he’s a MORMON. We need to be very afraid of that very strange religion that teaches its members to be clean-living, patriotic, fiscally conservative, charitable, self-reliant, and honest (in full disclosure, many may or may not know that I am also a Latter-Day Saint – “Mormon” to some unfamiliar with our Church).

10. And one more point…pundits say because of his wealth, he can’t relate to ordinary Americans. I guess that’s because he made that money HIMSELF…as opposed to marrying it or inheriting it from Dad. Apparently, he didn’t understand that actually working at a job and earning your own money made you unrelatable to Americans.

BONUS 11. Gives millions of dollars to charity every year. How dare he waste that money on charity and church instead of giving it to the government in a time of great need.

I was a wild child in my youth, MACVSOG and all that jazz. Life has been better for me since as I’m certain it has with you also.

bees, you’re the loser. you cant even spend loser correctly, he is also a bigot racist. in 1997 the Mormon church was a known racist organization. In 1997 Romney was a bishop in the Mormon church, clearly supporting his already false malarkey inspired religion. I’m sorry but i will never vote for a guy who thinks the garden of Eden is in Missouri and how he thinks that Jesus and Adam and Eve even traveled there is beyond me. He is a smart man in senses sure, but he changes his mind every three seconds and hides an agenda that cry’s out insidious

the MORMONS are PATRIOTICS , and their love and dedication for AMERICA cannot be challenge by PEOPLE on your side, who try to attack them, and MITT ROMNEY IS AN ACHIEVER, AND A DOER
he will get the COMPANIES back in their beloved AMERICA, because they trust him,
but they don’t trust, this kind of government dictating and imposing to them
a tongue spitting words of hate and divide , and promises for another 4 years improvement,
which he did not even began to produce a better AMERICA, he produce a union style communist leaning SOCIALIST to be bigger and increase to the point of no return to the real values which AMERICA USE TO SHINE ON THE HILLS.

@richarddawkins: You’re an absolute moron. First, you use the strawman argument of spelling against a foreigner (Bee isn’t American). Then, you give the absolutely false statement that “in 1997 the Mormon church was a known racist organization.” Really? Please tell me where that little nugget came from. Next, you give some bogus claim that Romney (or his church) believes that Eden is in Missouri; another ignorantly moronic statement. Nowhere in our religion (yes, I’m LDS too) do we ascribe to the belief that Adam and Eve or Jesus came from Missouri. What an utterly stupid statement. I’m glad you’re not voting for Romney, but please tell me you aren’t voting at all. The last thing we need in a voting booth is someone as dumb as you just made yourself look.

Speaking of “losers” who can’t “spend”… or is that supposed to be “spell”? Of course, I won’t mention your lack of punctuation and capitalization skills, while we’re in a grammar grading mode….

English is not Bees first language. What’s your excuse, and what credentials do you have that raise you to a status that qualifies you to lecture others on command of the English language?

So Mormons are a “known racist organization”? Don’t you think you should alert the black Mormons to your superior (/sarc) knowledge? As a matter of fact, just for the uneducated like you, they have a timeline in history of blacks in LDS. Seems there has been black Mormons since 1830.

Might one expect that the irony of your pseudonym is lost upon you Mr. Dawkins? It is not lost upon me. You see the noted British author and anti-Christian bigot, Dr. Richard Dawkins, is pretty much a blustering buffoon and something of the village idiot of the studies of religion in society and of Christianity.

    @richarddawkins: @MataHarley: @ilovebeeswarzone:

Thank you Mata for setting the record straight. And thank you for defending Beez.

It should be point out to the ignorant among us that Mitt Romney’s Mormon father, George Romney, was an early “white” civil rights pioneer:

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — In 1963, an explosive year in the quest for civil rights, George Romney appeared unannounced in the mostly white suburb of Grosse Pointe and marched to the front of an anti-segregation demonstration to stand beside black leaders.

Letters from startled constituents poured into the office of the first-term Michigan governor, whose son Mitt was then 16. Supporters who had helped the elder Romney win his narrow victory the previous November said his actions made him “a double-crosser” and a “Judas” to the people who voted for him. Their diatribes were sprinkled with warnings that they would work against him: “You are a ‘dead duck’ for 1964,” one detractor typed above a newspaper photograph of a shirt-sleeved Romney walking shoulder to shoulder with civil rights activists.

Romney pressed ahead with an aggressive civil rights agenda that ultimately put him at odds with the leaders of his party. He refused to back Barry Goldwater as the 1964 Republican presidential nominee because, he told Goldwater in a letter, he was alarmed by indications that Goldwater’s strategists “proposed to make an all-out push for the Southern white segregationist vote” and “exploit the so-called ‘white backlash’ in the North.”

George Romney began pushing reforms to end discrimination toward minorities in housing soon after taking office in 1963 — work that would lead to his highly controversial effort to integrate the nation’s white suburbs as President Nixon’s secretary of Housing and Urban Development. He launched his own 1968 presidential run after a 19-day tour of the ghettos of 17 cities, turning a spotlight on the decay and overcrowding that had contributed to riots in Detroit and elsewhere.

who are demanding CANADA to have a new gun registry for their own new law coming in place, and he said that they attempt to get in the SOVEREIGNTY OF CANADA,
AND THE Y EXPECT THAT OBAMA WILL AGREE TO SIGN IT ALSO.
THIS IS AN ENCROCHMENT ON THE SOVEREIGNTY ALSO OF THE USA,it will change the rules to their advantages
they call it the UN GLOBAL GUN REGISTRY NEW LAW.

you know, they demonize the PRESIDENT BUSH, when he was in POWER,
they won their election in 2008 by demonizing the PRESIDENT BUSH,
they found him guilty of every lies they made up,
then they won the 2008 election by using questionable actions, we know now,
so this time there is not a doubt about how they are responsible for the deaths of the four braves left to fight many hours before dying, the OBAMA IS GUILTY , AND HE HAS NO PLACE TO RUN,
all AMERICA KNOW NOW, and this is the last failed action among the other
which is the worse to finally is so in the face of THE VOTERS NOW,
even when OBAMA still try so much to hide it with more lies
NO he cannot run away with this one,

Mittrepresents everything that is wrong with America and why we are getting left behind by the rest of the world and why most of the world hates our country… it is because there are too many people like him. To believe in him is like believing that never leaving your home town is a marvelous way to gain knowledge of the world. It is just a bad rationalization for the small minded and the ignorant. To be an enlightened society you must rise above and solve the problems we create and make the world a better place for our youth (who are some of the worst educated in the world now), for future generations and be a role model to the world. Mitt does not represent an answer to any of our problems. The folks in charge that made the economy crash were all just like mitt. Obsessed with money, lack of caring for the aftermath of decisions beyond their own wants and needs and not able to be aware of the true needs of our society. The economy is a tool that works for society and makes it better, not the other way around. I am a former Massachusetts resident that left because gov Romney made my home state a place I didn’t feel at home in anymore and my family is still paying for the mess he left there. Even as a very successful person who would benefit from mitts tax relief for upper income I will never ever vote for him and I pray daily for an America without Mitt Romney’s in it so we can be great again, be leaders again, show the world we are a light to follow once again. Instead of just proving we are the same ignorant idiots who let GWB be our president twice in a row when a monkey in a diaper would have represented our country better than he did. And Mitt will not even be as good as him. If we go down the Mitt road I fear we might be taking the first step to meeting the anti-Christ and certainly the end of the US as a leader in the world.

wow you forget that OBAMA HAS THE POWER AT THIS TIME, NOT MITT ROMNEY,
SO BEFORE YOU BASH A GOOD MAN WHO WANT TO FIX THINGS, YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT THE ONE WHO BROKE THINGS AND JUDGE HIM ON HIS FAILED PROMISES INSTEAD OF ON HIS YELLING WORDS
he repeat on and on thinking it will become okay and fed it to the crowd who he choose for their ignorance,
your comment is of an effort to demonize a person from not what you learned positive , but what you have been fed by your side, and you could not judge it to be inciting against a man of skill and smart to take the PRESIDENCY and know to bring the COMPANIES BACK TO PROVIDE JOBS NEEDED BY AMERICANS,
or don’t you care about it, do you think only of yourself?
many people are getting to the MITT ROMNEY wagon because they are smart enough to see the difference, why do you need to listen to the speech that OBAMA IS GIVING ALL OF YOU,
JUST START TO THINK FOR YOURSELF, THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT VOTE AND JUST TRY TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 4 YEARS AGO AND NOW, AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE LANDSLIDE
    STILL SINKING FOR AMERICA.

IS THAT SOMEONE WHO CARE FOR THEIR MEMBERS?
NO WAY, THEY JUST LOOK FOR WHAT THEY CAN COLLECT FROM YOU,

THEY DON’T CARE. IT’S THEIR POCKET ONLY, NOT YOUR BETTERNES

@Michael: You are so right. Mitt Romney does represent everything wrong with America – to a liberal. He believes in the sanctity of marriage and being faithful in that marriage. He believes in God and goes to church. He understands that families know better than the government how to raise their kids and provide for their needs. He doesn’t believe in pandering to hostile countries, but standing a strong presence against tyranny and encroachment of our sovereignty. He respects the Constitution.

And, as governor, he shrunk the size of government and reduced spending by over $340 million in his first year. He sought changes to the state’s tax code to close tax loopholes for businesses not paying taxes. By the time he left office, the state went from a paltry 47th place in job growth to 28th. During a recession, he brought the unemployment rate from 5.6% when he took office to 4.6% by the time he left. He gave 4-year scholarships to any state school to the top 25% of students.

Yeah, I can see why you left the state. You were probably a government employee sucking off the public teet.

. In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent Democrats from voting.

One of my older aunts was a Democratic party ward captain in Elizabeth back in the day of Jim Hague, so I’m not quite clear about what you are trying to say in practical terms. Can you clarify this for me? Do you mean for example?

    A) In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent deceased Democrats from voting?

    B) In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent Democrats from voting more than once during each New Jersey election?

    C) In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent Democrats from voting on election day in two or more states, such as New Jersey and Florida?

    D) In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent Democrats (convicted felons) from voting in New Jersey by absentee ballot while in prison?

    E) In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent ineligible Democrats from voting?

    F) In the defense of liberty we should all resist the attempts of Republicans to prevent fictitious Democrats from voting?
