Obamaphile hack Robert Gibbs says that “nobody knows” whether Mitt Romney is in violation of any tax laws. Actually, that’s not even remotely true; there is no evidence whatsoever that Romney has broken any laws, so in fact, we can say that we do know that Romney is in compliance.
But if pretending to be ignorant regarding whether an accusation is valid suffices to allow accusations to be brought forward, then we can have all sorts of fun with Robert Gibbs. After all, nobody knows whether Robert Gibbs embezzles money from orphanages. Nobody knows whether Robert Gibbs attacks little old ladies and beats them within an inch of their lives. Nobody knows whether Robert Gibbs is an anti-Semite. Nobody knows whether Robert Gibbs illegally downloads music. And nobody knows whether Robert Gibbs has engaged in identity fraud.
