Eric Holder has become a litmus test for democrats [Reader Post]

The. Most. Corrupt. Attorney. General. In. History.

Eric Holder’s contempt for America and its citizens is nothing less than astonishing. He has done one stupid thing after another but this time Eric Holder has peed on the leg of the United States and claimed it was raining:

Holder Claims Emails Using Words ‘Fast and Furious’ Don’t Refer to Operation Fast and Furious

(CNSNews.com) – Attorney General Eric Holder claimed during congressional testimony today that internal Justice Department emails that use the phrase “Fast and Furious” do not refer to the controversial gun-walking operation Fast and Furious.

Under questioning from Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), who read excerpts of the emails at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Justice Department oversight, Holder claimed that the phrase “Fast and Furious” did not refer to Fast and Furious but instead referred to another gun-walking operation known as “Wide Receiver.”

However, the emails refer to both programs — “Fast and Furious” and the “Tucson case,” from where Wide Receiver was launched — and reveal Justice Department officials discussing how to handle media scrutiny when both operations become public.

Among three of the emails (see Jason Weinstein Email Fast, Furious.pdf), the second, dated “October 17, 2010 11:07 PM,” was sent by Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jason Weinstein to James Trusty and it states: “Do you think we should have Lanny participate in press when Fast and Furious and Laura’s Tucson case [Wide Receiver] are unsealed? It’s a tricky case, given the number of guns that have walked, but it is a significant set of prosecutions.”

In the third email, dated Oct. 18, 2010, James Trusty writes back to Weinstein: “I think so, but the timing will be tricky, too. Looks like we’ll be able to unseal the Tucson case sooner than the Fast and Furious (although this may be just the difference between Nov. and Dec).”

“It’s not clear how much we’re involved in the main F and F [Fast and Furious] case,” reads the email, “but we have Tucson [Wide Receiver] and now a new unrelated case with [redacted] targets. It’s not any big surprise that a bunch of US guns are being used in MX [Mexico], so I’m not sure how much grief we get for ‘guns walking.’ It may be more like ‘Finally, they’re going after people who sent guns down there.’”

Fast and Furious does not refer to Fast and Furious. You have got to be kidding.

Predictably, he blamed Bush.

This is a litmus test for the honor, intelligence and integrity of democrats. Eric Holder has no integrity of his own left, nor would any democrats who stand behind him.

And I still blame these jerks for Eric Holder.

Holder has made a mockery of the justice system. No longer do Americans have respect for testimony under oath or the crime of perjury; a why should they, when the chief law enforcement officer commits perjury in front of the world and even school children realize he is lying.

The US will not recover its integrity until Holder is arrested and charged with perjury and as an accessory to murder.

Using ‘Holder’ and ‘Justice’ at any time is a travesty. Holder needs some quality time to think about the error of his ways…. 20 years to life seems reasonable. Of course Barry will have a undated pardon waiting for him but one can dream.

The Photo – Yikes!!! Is this what a sociopath’s persona looks like?? again…yikes!

Oh wait could it be Holder and OFraud are made from a piece of the same cloth? Despicable!!!…the whole lot of them!!!…

Sadly the MSM will sweep this under the rug [too]….you can find them in the same cloth too!

Most of the list below is geared to Holder do they fit the persona?? Then there are some special ones for OFRAUD’s persona…do they fit the persona?? – you decide…

Here is a list of ways to identify a sociopath.
This list is from “Profile of a Sociopath.” Is is a pretty good list of sociopathic indicators.
Glibness/superficial charm = OFRAUD
Manipulative and conning = AND OFRAUD
Grandiose sense of self
Pathological lying = AND OFRAUD
Lack of remorse, shame or guilt
Shallow emotions
Incapacity for love
Need for stimulation
Callousness/lack of empathy
Poor behavioral controls/impulsive nature
Early behavior problems/juvenile delinquency
Irresponsibility/unreliability
Promiscuous sexual behavior/infidelity
Lack of realistic life plan/parasitic lifestyle
Criminal or entrepreneurial versatility
Contemptuous of those who seek to understand them
Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them = AND OFRAUD
Authoritarian = OFRAUD
Secretive
Paranoid
Only rarely in difficulty with the law, but seeks out situations where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired
Conventional appearance
Goal of enslavement of their victim(s) = OFRAUD
Exercises despotic control over every aspect of the victim’s life = OFRAUD
Has an emotional need to justify their crimes and therefore needs their victim’s affirmation (respect, gratitude and love) = OFRAUD
Ultimate goal is the creation of a willing victim = OFRAUD
Incapable of real human attachment to another
Unable to feel remorse or guilt
Narcissism, grandiosity (self-importance not based on achievements) = OFRAUD
May state readily that their goal is to rule the world

(Obviously, in order to be a sociopath a person doesn’t have to exhibit anything like all the above. Usually, the lack of a conscience, the manipulation of others, dishonesty and the inability to love and/or have lasting and profound personal relations and cruelty are key symptoms and often much more revealing than having been in trouble with the courts.)

If the Republicans had been smart, of course I’m dreaming here, they would have mentioned Fast and Furious and Op Gun Walker in each debate. Inject it into each news conference. Write letters to the NYT, LAT, etc. Every time one of those moronic candidates phoned into a talk-show they should have brought them up.

Then and only then would the people of the US, a sizable number of them, would have gotten a clue.

But, alas, I know it was asking too much to show some intelligence on their (Republican) behalf.

This scandal is bigger than Iran-Contra any day of the week, but we had the morons running the show so we couldn’t capitalize on it.

Sigh.

The Chicago Machine in DC:

Holder is the firewall;
Jarret is the conduit;
Kagan’s a bit of insulation;
Obama is the instrument.
Heh – for fun, puny and maybe x2entendre – Michelle is the beard.

Holder may be hoping all the uninformed voters will think the Justice Dept are just big Vin Diesel fans. But, somehow I don’t think it’s going to work out that way.

To add to Skook’s remark. It’s not only the perjury he has committed.

The Black Panther dismissal of charges, his going after anyone or anything state wise when it comes to immigration, his crusade against voting laws in states like Florida!

The list goes on and on. The man should not only be charged with open perjury, but in fact should be charged with openly defying or ignoring the law of our land, the Constitutio!

Personally, I do not only hold the man in contempt, I feel strongly that he, just as his puppet master the President and in turn his subordinates and advisers, are in fact treasonous individuals who are hell bent on destroying this country!

As to the loss of integrity, the U.S. has more house cleaning to do than just Holder and his puppet master. I notice even some Democrats are up in arms as to the intelligence leaks that have been going on to bolster the Clown in chief’s reputation and in turn Holder today announced an investigation into the problem. This should be good. The same AG who squashed the prosecution of the Black Panthers when there was ample proof of voter intimidation now investigating another issue that is as treasonous as was the scum ball Bradley Manning leaks (maybe more so as these leaks have profoundly destroyed what little trust our allies have in this country for sure). When it gets to the feet of Axelrod, Rham or Obama himself, does our erstwhile A.G. squash it like he die the Black Panther thing. Dumb question there of course because of course he will. He will follow his marching orders!

It’s interesting that this President is being hailed in many corners as worse than Carter. But has anyone considered the parallels to Richard Nixon? Cover up after cover up. Lies and more lies. The only difference is at least Nixon had some people in his administration along with some in Congress and the media (yes, they were anti Nixon for sure, but they were correct in going after him based on his actions) actually had enough balls left to actually do their jobs! In this case, with the media, the left and the Rino scum that infests the capital I’m afraid there are not enough men and women of principle who truly believe in our country and her base ideals to actually persue this. I say this because one has to remember that so many of the so called right are just as bad in their actions and convictions as those kissing Obama’s ring.

@Ivan: I’m cautiously optimistic that this will be made into an issue during the election. Perhaps the Rep’s are giving Holder and his boss more rope to hang themselves (giving them the benefit of the doubt). The MSM has gone out of their way not to report this. It needs to blow up in their face. Just ask people if they heard about F&F and a surprising number will say ‘no’. Remember how Watergate unfolded. The evidence of wrongdoing was out there prior to the ’72 election but it didn’t blow up until afterwards. This needs to blow up before the election. It is quite obvious Holder perjured himself. His testimony this week was proof of that. Unlike Reagan and Iran Contra, he doesn’t have the onset of Alzheimers to fall back on. If he knew, then either Obama knew as well, and thus lied (remember what brought Nixon down, it was the lies and cover up) or he has no clue as to what his Justice Department is up to which makes him look incompetent. Also, the thought of Holder apppointing two prosecuters to investigate the intel leaks is not very reassuring. It would be like having had Al Capone investigate himself for income tax evasion.

Obama does not hesitate to throw someone under the bus.
Obama can not throw Holder under the bus because Holder will take him down with him.

Holder is trying to tell us that a regional office started and controlled Fast and Furious and they knew nothing about this in Washington??? That is pure Bull Sh–. If that were the case, Holder would have already arrested, charged and tried those in the Phoenix office that he is blaming. They would have already been under the bus and on the way to Federal Prison.

Eric Holder claims he was unaware that photo ID was required to enter the FBI, DOJ and federal courthouses.

At a House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing Thursday, Rep. Dan Lungren (R-Calif.) asked Holder about the practice, which has been standard procedure at most, if not all, federal courthouses for the last decade or so.

“If I were to go to the federal courthouse here in D.C., either as a party or as an attorney, wouldn’t I have to show a government-issued photo ID?” Lungren asked.

“That’s not been my experience, here in DC. I don’t–you know,” Holder replied.

“Some federal courts—are you aware that’s required in some federal courts in this land?” Lungren said.

“I don’t know,” Holder replied.

“Is your Justice Department investigating the discriminatory effect of those laws?” Lungren asked, after citing other places where one is told to show ID, like the airport and even when visiting the Justice Department itself.

What a genius

If european in a headwind it’s your own leg that’s gonna get wet. These wizzers are in waay over their head. They are pretty good at leaking though!

@another vet:

I’m cautiously optimistic that this will be made into an issue during the election

It is too late to be an “issue” for the voters. Way too much background noise to be filtered out for the average retarded voter.

Again, the Republicans BLEW IT, big time.

We really need a TRUE opposition party to come out of the Republican Party.

@Ivan:

I disagree, it is not too late to make it an election year issue any more than Watergate was.

Did you guys know that a condo in the Watergate 2 bedroom with a river view is renting for
$10,000/month…Regan would be rolling over in his grave..Told you all a long time ago holder was a crook and an idiot-pure Stalinist.

Has this long-running, escalating, grotesque spectacle finally gone far enough? Can we finally get some action?

The Speaker of the House is a weeping orange boner who has so far blocked a contempt citation from Issa’s committe because he is afraid the other side will say mean things about the GOP for going after the slightly African attorney general. Well Johnny, they’re going to say all those mean things you’re afraid of no matter what you do. You worry about appearances – what about the ‘appearance’ of letting a federal crime with a body count slide for election year politics?

Need a new Speaker, this one’s got a bad solenoid. Got a whole bunch of RINOs who need to go with him. Do your jobs boys, or face the consequences.

@another vet: Once again thanks for your service and you insightful input. Holders incompetence is a salient issue but I believe should be held in context of 0-bama’s scandalous and incompetent administration as the paramount failure. It is important that due focus be directed towards 0-bama and his incompetence. I believe the amin focus should remain on economy, jobs, and lies that he told to get himself elected. Remember shovel ready? Remember the unemployment graph and the rate forecast based upon America given him $830+ billion to stimulate our economy? Now his strategy, due to the fact that he has a failed record, is to distort, distract and deceive. We have seen this already with the so-called war on women. The MSM is more that a willing accomplice to hide his gaffes, lies, and distractions. Thanks again for your service!!

@Common Sense: I agree, the focus needs to be on the economy and his failures. However, F&F deals with more than just incompetence, it deals with our laws, Federal firearm laws in particular, being broken. Administration officials, including the AG, appear to have perjured themselves. No doubt the administration and their sheep will try to spin this as a “witch hunt” but the sooner the people are educated as to what happened, the less effective that line of B.S. will be. If we allow those who are supposed to be enforcing our laws break them, then we have no laws. Speaking of shovel ready projects, where did the billions go that was supposed to be spent on that? That in itself reeks of waste, fraud, and abuse. Thanks again for you service as well.

focus on what the hell-this administration has been a total failure and a free ride on the US dollar for a lot of un convicted felons, alienist’s, racist, Stalinists and pure trailer trash. To late to fix crap..the fiscal year for the government is closing real soon.

What this will soon become, of course, is the latest example of republicans using the government to further their own partisan objectives. After pursuing an extremist economic and social agenda for two consecutive years, doing their best to render the White House’s efforts to deal with the nation’s problems ineffective, they will now convene a contempt of Congress trial of Eric Holder. They will do everything possible to make that the central focus of all national attention between now and the November elections.

This is essentially the same sort of bullshit they pulled during Clinton’s second term. By the time they were done, everyone in the country knew who Monica Lewinski was, but nobody had a clue about something called al Qaeda–including the republican presidential candidate. The budgetary and economic accomplishments of the Clinton era were immediately forgotten. That’s how we got to where we were in 2008.

@Greg: Your passion is admirable but your ignorance is beyond compare!! Slick did what he did to Monica and then lied to America about it. No matter how you waa waa waa that is a fact dude. Another fact is that thanks to Republicans Slick can talk about his years of surplus. How quickly you forget!!

@Common Sense, #2o:

You apparently believe that what happened between Clinton and Lewinski was a matter of great national importance before the republicans made it the crown jewel of their anti-Clinton crusade. In truth, it wouldn’t have mattered a bit. The national damage that their campaign against the Clintons did, on the other hand, was enormous. It allowed them to elect Bush, who missed the clear signals about al Qaeda, and then spent the next 7 years ineffectively trying to close the barn door after the horse got out. (Or the terrorists got in, as the case may be.) In his spare time, he cut taxes with two wars to pay for, doubled the national debt, and eventually presided over a near-collapse of the entire U.S. economy.

Now they’re looking at Obama, trying to figure out how best to destroy him. Their mission is to put a guy in the White House who has demonstrated that he will say whatever he needs to say, anytime, anywhere, to get elected, and who has no consistent position on any topical political issues, except those that have to do with the wealthy and corporations.

The republicans don’t really care about Holder, except as a means to swing an upcoming election. Their moves will all be calculated and carefully timed around that. Anyone halfway paying attention saw it coming from the start. Setting such a play up has been Darrell’s Issa’s entire function. The guy is a weasel in an expensive suit. With him, it would have either been prison or politics.

@Greg: Nice try idiot but ain’t gonna work with me. Do you even know why Slick got in trouble??? Likely not because you don’t want to. Allow me to refresh, although I know you’re a hopeless cause. Clinton looked America in the eye and said “I never had sex”. Remember, he lied to America, I guess with 0-bama you don’t see this as an issue since he does it almost daily. Then, just to try to help you, he also lied to a grand jury. Remember?? A grand jury!! As far as I know this IS a crime!!

Now with your black messiah, he hired Holder who grew up at the feet of Slick. Holder is a failure and when 30+ democrats vote to have Fast and Furious investigated because he has failed, what will you say then?? Oh I know, its Bush’s fault and the Republicans are picking poor poor 0-bama. Well I say to you, boo fking whoooo!!

@Greg: BTW mr idiot, Issa is MY representative and his Party and his district think he’s doing a terrific job. You are really hopeless!!

He’s certainly come a long way, from an early career involving suspected arson, insurance fraud, car thefts, and weapon violations to republican Chairman of the House Oversight Committee. Maybe I’m judging him too harshly, but I suspect he’s presently using his office to further a partisan political agenda.

@Common Sense, #23:

A president’s private sexual behavior isn’t a proper topic for an official Congressional investigation, so long as it only involves consenting adults. The rest of the world probably figured we were complete idiots. My own estimation at the time was pretty much the same.

@Greg: You just can’t or don’t want to understand!! There is this little thing called a grand jury and Slick lied to it!! Geeeez man you are a real dope!!

@Greg: Let’s try this again, he was at work in the Whitehouse when he elected to take advantage of an intern, BTW someone’s daughter!! If 99% of all executives would have gotten caught doing this disgusting act while they should have been working they would lose their job!! Don’t try the consenting adult line of crap cause it ain’t working.

@Greg: The first AQ attacks against this country began in 1993. AQ grew in numbers ever since and continued to attack this country throughout that decade with little fear of retaliation other than a couple of cruise missile strikes which did nothing. Planning for 9/11 began before we even knew who the 2000 nominees for either party were going to be. Remember when OBL told his followers that the U.S. was a paper tiger? That wasn’t based on the Bush presidency. It was based on past experiences with the Clinton administration. Saying that AQ wasn’t a threat until Bush got in office is a GROSS distortion of historical fact. It’s quite ironic that the biggest critics of Bush’s preemption policy are the ones criticizing him for not immediately attacking Afghanistan as soon as he became president. Hypocritical arm chair generaling for sure. Any bets that had he done that, those same people would have criticized him for starting an unjust war and labeled him a war criminal? I’m different than you in this respect. I blame 9/11 on AQ, not Clinton or Bush.

@Common Sense, #27:

To the best of my knowledge, all young women are somebody’s daughter. Who took advantage of whom in this particular situation is open to debate.

What you don’t seem to want to understand is that the investigation, in my opinion, represented a serious misuse of government powers by republicans for partisan political gain. Ms. Lewinski’s poor judgement about her sexual behavior–she was, after all, a consenting adult–should never have become the subject of a Congressional investigation. She was used by the republicans out to destroy Clinton as much as by anyone. More, actually. They put her sex life on public display.

Greg #25
Just a quick FYI, as I don’t have time to address all of your lies, misinformation, and cherry picking:
I have many friends in Europe, Asia, and Australia, and they all – that’s right, all 53 0f them- think that we are idiots for electing Barack Obama as president.
Most of them (appx. 85%)respected President Bush as an honest man of integrity.
So what does this show? That an honest man of integrity will be forgiven for his mistakes, a lying narcissist will not.
And, most of them liked President Clinton but didn’t respect him, and none of them trusted his wife.
Whoops, outta time. Bye, Greg.

@Greg: Was Clinton at work when he had this encounter, did he lie to a grand jury investigation, and if this where you would you still have your job? Clinton’s sex life is historic as well. What’s your point??
