LoL of the Day

“I think it’s an intelligence failure from all over the world,”
-Pakistan’s Prime Minister Gilani, responding to charge that Pakistan secretly knew bin Laden was in Abbottabad.

Thomas Ricks quips,

But — it happened in your backyard, dude.

Or maybe even the frontyard?

To be fair, Pakistan has been instrumental in some of the successes we have enjoyed in the GWoT, such as the capture of AZ and KSM.

The real failure in intelligence belongs to those who thought we could change anything over there. The faster we leave, the better. Another ANA ‘partner’ just shot three of our troops.

This smells just like Laos and Cambodia during the Vietnam War.

“To be fair, Pakistan has been instrumental in some of the successes we have enjoyed in the GWoT, such as the capture of AZ and KSM.” and those successes were all to help them and make THEM look good in the eyes of the Universe, not to help out the United States.
Why don’t we just tell that to the 3,000 people who were murdered that day by the o and islam. I bet they would just love to be fair. Oh, you can’t they are all DEAD!!!!
