Patterico (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3) has been all over this story from day one, a story the media is loath to report on….much like the original Weiner case itself. But if it’s about someone not in politics, but a conservative, they will fall all over themselves with glee over some emails.

Weiner’s Messages to Teenage Girl in Delaware Draw Police Attention
Police on Friday afternoon came to the home of a 17-year-old high school junior to ask her about direct online communications she has had with Rep. Anthony Weiner.
Two officers from the New Castle County Police Department arrived at the girl’s home around 4:30 p.m. and asked to speak with the girl’s mother about the daughter’s contact with Weiner. Another officer appeared at the home a short time later. A FoxNews.com reporter was at the home when the police arrived.
The girl, whose name is being withheld because she is a minor, told FoxNews.com, “I’m doing OK.”
The police left the home after about 30 minutes, followed by the daughter and mother, who left in a separate car. It was not clear if the mother and daughter were going to continue the conversation with police at another location.
You really need to read all 3 parts from Patterico to get the details involved. Part 3 is especially enlightening and Patterico has laid out the case that there is very little chance that Weiner DID NOT know he was talking to a teenager. After knowing what we know now about this man, his naked messages, and his lies….is there any reason to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one?

Oil Guy, Weiner has a problem thinking outside the bun. If he stays his course, the wee pervert will just be more ordinance to insure Obama and many other Progressives have their arises handed to them in November 2012. If he walked away it wouldn’t be an election issue, but the Weiner doesn’t have a chance of making it on the outside. A Political Science major without a hope in Hell of being elected outside of Queens, no business, no obligatory law degree, and no hope; he is a pariah that no one wants to associate with before a tough election. He’s not the only one with his teat in ringer, the whole Democrat Part is caught up in this one and since the efforts to drain the swamp have never materialized, the prognosis isn’t looking good.
His wife has a pretty good job, 154, Grand a year. Maybe he can send her pregnant body off to work while he stays at home and sex texts teenage girls. House husbands are all the rage among Liberal women, but if they have a girl, can she trust him to watch the baby while she goes to work? Would You?

Pelosi says the decision on whether the Wiener stays should be between, “the individual member” and the people in his district.

The virtual trenchcoat guy can’t be a plus for democrats and after, how many days in the news cycle? one would have to agree voters are watching how leadership is handling this. Remembering the Foley scandal, part of Pelosi’s and then dem leadership’s accusations/talking points was that Hastert, Shimkus and Boehner knew and did nothing and that element of the then spin had six months for them to focus group it, must have been critical to their message to also taint the Repub leaders with it.
After all this, no one in the dem leadership dare deny knowing, unless we see them dump him, they are just going to try to ride on the double standard bandwagon and hope they still have enough immoral dummies to carry them through.
BTW, did we not hear before this scandal broke that polling now shows more Republicans than dems?
The message that is of police interest is that the girl was, at time of initial contacts by PeeWee, only 14. That within the state would constitute “statutory rape” and if two states are involved “interstate sex trade involving a minor”, both offenses are felonies. There is little doubt PeeWee is criminal; whenever there is a mix of anger and envy the result is criminal behavior. PeeWee on the streets in his district slugging for votes with the bull horn by his side imposes a threatening image of the spoiled bully brat demanding to get what he wants when he wants it.
I’m still wondering where Liberal1(objectivity) is with his claims of this being a mere rumour that ultra-conservatives are spreading around.
Maybe we will see Weiner on that show To Catch a Predator with Chris Hansen…
Sexual predators have a pattern.
It is interesting that Weiner seemed to be in the middle of a familiar pattern with this girl when “Weinergate” broke and he ended it.

1st Contact 8/13: They chat about politics.
2nd Contact 8/14: Weiner asks for her take on local politics.
3rd Contact 8/19: Weiner describes himself as a superhero, i.e. tight and cape.
4th Contact 9/17: She mentions a picture of him. He says he’s ready to visit Vegas, asks her “got a night plan for us?” She responds positively and now we’re off to the races with the sexual talk.
Now with the girl:
1st Contact – Baseball chat.
2nd Contact – Weiner asks for her advice on politics.
3rd Contact – Weiner describes himself as a superhero, tights and cape.
A few days later, Weinergate breaks.
Makes you go, hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
