For me, such an attitude can be a one-way ticket to the psych-ward; but remember the verse, “woe comes not in single form it comes in swarms.” (Shakespeare). Donald Trump, “I’m a smart guy” attitude has moved his personal belief from believing Barack “Barry” O’BabyCakes was “probably” born in the United States to the “possible” being the case. Confronting cretins like Whoopie Goldberg, he bravely broadcasts his grounded reasoning using every major media outlet to do it. This stuff is an earthquake beneath the card castle which is Obama.
There are four types of background statements; first, the resume’ which is a copulation of education, training, and situational employment; second is the curriculum vitae which designates professional school education, fellowships, honors, and pertinent advanced degrees with applied employment and chronicle of publications; third is the “bio” used most frequently to explain the backgrounds of members and their skill applications within an organizational chart. The last, and most inclusive, is the dossier which investors and stakeholders require to comply with their pre-conditioned investment requirements. It is impossible for me to fathom a Warren Buffett, Lloyd Blankfein at Goldman Sachs or Bill Gates from Microsoft giving a tinker’s ding to some blank slate, even with a Harvard Law sheepskin, called Barack so there must be some document out somewhere that tells the full story revealing everything from his birth to schools, lovers, joys, tears and blood type. Corporate Board of Directors hire private investigators like Kroll International to dig deep getting all the data about an investment prospect, anything less would be considered malfeasance so the notion O’BingoGame slipped through the cracks as an unknown without full documentation is just thinking for children.

My impression of Axelrod is that of someone very cruel and mean. I can see him wearing a polished hat with golden fleece matched by a well tailored field frock with braids bandoliers with riding crop pointing at the process of peasant partisans being hanged. For some realm of ethereal metaphysical reasoning there apparently are some zodiac star charts that result in people like Axelrod becoming authoritarian monsters as the way it is because his personal hubris runs wild and places him in some make-believe high court of perceived royalty where he can live and operate above the law.

I believe Trump knows it has been a crime ring within government that has allowed Obama to occupy the White House. I don’t say that lightly, since I have been documenting some of the crimes and noting others’ documentation of others of the crimes. Let me just copy here my latest comment on my blog which gives an overview of what we’re dealing with:
I agree, and I think it is significant that Trump has honed in somewhat on both Abercrombie AND on how easy it is to manipulate records. If Obama comes up with a long-form, Abercrombie will have a lot of explaining to do, or Obama, or (preferably) both.
What really needs to happen is either a full legal/criminal investigation – most probably by a state AG – or a court case in which the plaintiff is allowed discovery and actually subpoenas the embedded transaction logs for all Obama’s birth and citizenship records.
I’ve been really busy this past week so I’ve only seen the headlines but it looks like there may be some movement in a couple different appeals courts on eligibility cases. I don’t know if that will result in discovery being allowed, but I think that if discovery is allowed it will be critical to get at the embedded transaction logs and comprehensive vital records history.
I haven’t said much about it before, but as the time comes closer when Obama might present a forged long-form I think it will be important for people to realize the level of records manipulation already visibly going on at the HDOH. Ladysforest has posted on the absence of the date range header on what the HDOH presents as the 1960-64 birth index. There is more manipulation that could be revealed as well. The HDOH knows it, and they have been refusing to acknowledge any of my requests or communications for the past month, except for one obfuscating request for clarification of something my request made abundantly clear (a stall tactic).
But anyway, there is a little girl who was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Ron alluded to her in his post just before yours. She would be a prime candidate to hold the BC# that is on the Factcheck COLB. Remember that the HDOH has indicated there is a problem with the Factcheck COLB’s BC#, date filed, or both. So the BC# is a big deal. It is supposed to be discloseable according to law (grandfathered into disclosure when UIPA was passed because the law REQUIRED the BC# to be disclosed as index data at the time UIPA was passed) but the HDOH is disobeying the law on that.
Well, what do we find? This little girl’s name is listed on both Hawaii’s birth and death index for 1960-1964, but the HDOH claimed in a legal response to me that they have no birth record for her. Either they are lying to me, or they have manipulated her record somehow so that her name no longer shows up in a search for her name. On a record that is a prime candidate for manipulation in order to forge a record for Obama.
Serious business here. Everything that is visible at this point suggests there is serious monkey business going on in the HDOH office. The fact that they are shutting off any way for people to communicate with them (and have proof of the communication) is also revealing. The OIP seems to be joining them too. As of the end of the day today the OIP will have missed their 10-day deadline to respond to my request for help in getting records that are REQUIRED to be disclosed.
For all the talk about Obama’s birth certificate, NOBODY is willing to address the lawlessness in the Hawaii government that has created this mess in the first place. And that is the more serious issue. There will always be some crook wanting to rob a bank. What matters is the security measures to protect against that crook, and at this point we have NO security. Instead, it very much seems that the crooks are running the bank, deciding who can get in and out of the building and making sure that nobody can count the money to know if anything has been stolen.
EVERY AGENCY where Obama supposedly has records has been exposed as either ignoring problems, specifically disabling security protocols so breaches could be made, or downright forging documents on Obama’s behalf – all while refusing to obey disclosure laws, documentation laws, etc. That includes the HDOH, Social Security Administration, Selective Service Administration, and the Department of State/Passport Office. One state and 3 federal offices.
In addition, we know that a federal judge (Judge Surick) has passed off a “decision” faxed to him from somebody else as if it was his own. That’s the federal judiciary – presumably threatened into letting the defendant decide his own case.
All this going on while the heads of the media companies have been threatened with annihilation if they reported on the eligibility issue – and now that the FCC is under close scrutiny a Soros organization (Media Matters) has openly stated that they are trying to pressure “regulators” into “turning against” Fox News Channel. IOW, they are blatantly saying they are trying to get “regulators” in both the US and UK to be Obama’s hit-men to totally silence Fox. If that is what they do openly now, does anybody have any doubts that the threats that Doug Hagmann has documented actually happened?
So look at that. One state and 3 federal government agencies engaged in forgeries and law-breaking, the federal judiciary threatened so the defendant makes the ruling, and the entire media threatened if they reported anything.
That’s what is documented so far, even with all the lawlessness and obfuscation.
I think Trump gets it. I think he realizes the utter lawlessness we’re talking about – all this to get into place the communist coup that has since turned ALL our government functions into lawlessness. The refusal to enforce laws and the border. The ignoring of court rulings. The decision by the executive not to defend DOMA since the executive has already decided what the judiciary should decide (sound at all like the Surick decision being faxed to him? These people couldn’t hide their methods if their lives depended on it.) Breaking bankruptcy law by taking the money from secured investors and giving it to the unions instead. Going to war without even consulting Congress. EVERYTHING is lawless – but it was only allowed to get to this point because of the absolute lawlessness surrounding Obama’s illegal ascent to the White House.

When someone enters public life and hides all personal education records, their birth record, legislative schedule, law practice attorney records, draft registration record, and their medical records, there is good reason to wonder why those items need to be hidden. Typically such records are opened to the public when a person runs for any elective office. If you enter public life, you are expected to undergo vetting of your personal and professional life. Given that sealing such records is very unusual, it is also pretty safe to assume the revelation of those records will not be good for the person in question.

A woman sent threatening emails to Wisconsin Republicans.
She is a teacher.
She used her home computer.
BUT a few bloggers mistakenly claimed she belonged to one of the teachers unions when there is no proof that she does.
One blogger that I read had added that caveat to his story.
Others I read have not….yet.
I also think research is being done to see if proof she is a union member can be found.
So far no proof has been found.

Guys: this is an “I am” moment admitting that “copulation” is one of my favorite terms in all its language derivitives so when writing “copulation” sure looked good, as it always does, so the sentence got a little copulated up when the word wanted was “compilation” meaning a collection of files or documents. MS/Word April’s Fools Day funny.
I’m certainly glad that Trump is carrying the torch here, but I really wish he would do his homework. He has said some collossally stupid things that will greatly undercut his credibility. He told O’Reilly that “maybe his birth certificate says he’s a Muslim”. First of all, they don’t put religion on birth certificates, but even if they did, nobody would care if he was classified as a Muslim at birth.
He also stupidly said that “not even the Rockefellers take out ads announcing their children’s births”. Gawd, could he have simply read the hundreds of names directly above and below Obama’s in the newspaper? Come on, Trump, the Health Department puts every birth there, whether the parents have one single dime to their names or not.
I wish that Trump would spend a couple of hours with someone who has been following this issue since day one, someone like Jerome Corsi, or D’Onofrio, or Gary Kreep, or even “Butterdazillion” who commented above. Otherwise, he’s going to end up gettting really burned, and in the process even further discredit the eligibility movement.
Yes, George, there are some inaccuracies. Hopefully those can get cleared up.
But what he says can also be used to address what we do or don’t know. For instance, we know that the HDOH did not list every birth. Even when illegitimate births are accounted for (since those births would not be reported), 18% of the CDC’s number of Aug 1961 births on Oahu went unreported in the Star-Bulletin. A very visible example: the Nordyke twins, whose birth was announced in the Advertiser but not the Star-Bulletin. So the idea that the HDOH printed a list and that entire list alone was published in the newspapers just doesn’t fly with what’s actually in the papers.
I will soon be publishing an article proving that what we were told about where the birth announcement images came from was a well-coordinated lie. The images supposedly came from 2 different microfilms (one from the Advertiser office and another from the Hawaii State Library) but they are identical images, right down to the hair in the viewer and the waviness of the edges from the scanner. And they did NOT come from the Hawaii State Library microfilm, because the microfilm there now doesn’t have the scratches that were supposedly there then. I have the proof of all this and have presented it to different media sources, including WND, and nobody wants to get into the corruption and crimes involved in covering for Obama.
When Trump suggested that Abercrombie could use an investigation, I realized that he really IS willing to go where even the “heavy hitters” of the eligibility issue won’t go. When he said how easily records can be manipulated and how many times he’s seen it, I began to think that maybe he knows some of the things that are only seen on the blogs, where the documentation is presented.

I am amazed that since we have requirements for office, that someone like the FBI does not do a massive background check on any candidate and insure that the requirements for the job are met. My brother was in the military and assigned to a top secret area. The background check on him took almost 3 months. Since the President has massive power and is the commander in cheif of all the troops, and since he has the power to start wars and shoot off nuclear weapons, seems like there should be a solid check on who we are giving that power to before he can run. If the guy has things in his closet, we need to know it. If he does not meet qualifications of office, we should know it as well. The reason for the entire so called birther movement is that this guy was not vetted by anyone and seemed to come out of nowhere. On top of that, he seemed to come up with any amount of money he needed whenever he needed it and most of it was not easily verified as to where it came from. It also appears a lot of the money came from foreign sources. Once again, if there are laws they should be strictly enforced on all and if there are no laws on things like huge pots of foreign cash or money given for favors, that should be fixed. This is not a Barry issue as much as it should apply to all. Barry simply is so shallow on background and has made such an effort to hide everything that he brings out real and honest concerns.

Here is what I don’t understand. Regardless where barack, barry, steve or whatever his name is was born, he was not born to two parents that were United States Citizens. This is a requirement in the Constitution. He has to have been natural born and he was not based on the citizenship of his father (Kenyan/British) For that very reason he should have NOT been eligible to run for president. However there is a conspiracy and it will eventually be outed. Will it be discovered before this man can ruin the United States, her freedoms and our very way of life is the question.

@Greta: For awhile I processed security clearances for the Army. If held to the same standards as our military personnel, Obama would NOT be given a clearance for the reasons you mention and then some.
@disenchanted: The Constitution does not require that a natural born citizen be born to two American citizens. It’s just not in there. Indiana vs. Alenky concluded that a natural born citizen is not necessarily based on parentage. I can’t imagine another court concluding otherwise. Born in American = natural-born. There are two types of American citizenship: natural-born or naturalized, that’s it. Obama is a natural-born citizen with a certified COLB in his posession. It is a prima facie document, as it clearly states, and there is no data on a long-form birth certificate that is not on the COLB that speaks to presidential eligibility.

After having just read through much of the history of the Declaration and Constitution, and quotes by those founding fathers in their support of, and in clarifying meanings, and, after having just read your post, I felt it necessary to look upon the truth of your assertions myself.
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution states:

These are the words that Justice Black used in his opinion. One can claim, then, that court precedence, ever a favorite of the liberals, officially states that a “natural born citizen” must be born of naturalized parents, within jurisdiction of the U.S.
Obama’s father was a Kenyan government official, and subject of Great Britain. He was never a naturalized citizen of the U.S. This means that Obama was not born of two naturalized parents, regardless of whether the birth happened in Hawaii or on the moon. And according to Justice Black, and his concurring opinion in Duncan vs. LA, Obama is not a natural-born citizen.
I can see your point here, disenchanted, particularly about the Constitution and the fact that some people are willing to disregard it completely.
Unfortunately for the U.S., American History classes have been relegated to learning revisionist history and the classes on U.S. Government are taught by liberal leaning teachers, who teach from a perspective of a “living document”, regarding the Constitution.

True: Donald Trump’s mother was born 1914 in Scotland then immigrated with or before marriage to the father; then, unlike Obama Sr., she requested and was granted US Citizenship in 1942 to with she renounced all foreign entitlements (British citizenship), paid US taxes, and was eligible to vote in the 1944 presidential elections. Donald Trump (b: 1946) was the offspring of two US Citizens. Obama Sr. never applied for US Citizenship.
Heritage is not O’Bo’s problem, it is his veracity. If baby Obama was birthed in a home environment by a native birther or midwife there would be witnesses reporting the newborn. A mother is a mother but the child immediately becomes a protected “ward of the state” and to deny the child’s presense before the courts is considered unlawful as feloneus in some jurisdictions so Hawaii Child Welfare surely were notified of the birth and investigated. Image wise, the worse public impression scenario which possibly can emerge would be that Stanley Anne Durbin (initials S.A.D.), the mother, was listed by child welfare as psychologically or physically unfit (drug addict) and the pregnancy was a result of drug partying without knowledge of the baby’s actual father. Mixing the mother’s hippie drug usage with O’BongPipe’s acknowleged cocaine usage could be a combination of factors Axelrod wants to keep concealed from the public eye. Strategically, such a situation could be turned into a sympathy suck scenario timed just right making O’BoyToy into a melodramatic hero so save your hankies for the crying jag big tears.

I still say the issue is one that should not even be necessary. There are requirements and before anyone can run, they should be checked by the FBI. One of the requirements should also be that because they will be commander in cheif, that they must pass the most stringent background check for security and there should be no special treatment if one falls into some politically correct area of the population. The check should be based on facts with everyone treated exactly the same way. When complete, the facts whould be available to the people before they vote. That would make us safer and expose the radical nature of those we might not vote for if we had the facts. It seems instead to be left to the media and opponents to do background checks and we now have first hand proof that the media only digs into those who disagree with their political viewpoint. Since this now has failed miserably and since the left is trying to come up with ways to silence everyone else not in sync with the left viewpoint, we need to get something passed to protect the country and keep us informed on those who want to lead.
Also, if the 10 or so states are successful in demanding clear proof of eligibility to run, Barry will have to show much more than he has to date or not be eligible in those states which precludes any chance of winning.
In response to Nan G: When I was a member of the Wisconsin AFSCME local 55 it was a closed shop. If you were employed by the State , County or Municipality you had to be a Union member. Therefore, the teacher in question is a Union member, unless of course they now have become a right to work state. From the readings I have done they are still a closed shop. That is part of the rubarb with the legislation.
Randy Collins, where do I start? Indiana v Ankeny had one decision: that the lower court was right to deny legal standing. Period. Anything else that was said was an opinion that is not legally binding in any way. And the US Senate unanimously said that John McCain’s natural born citizenship was ABSOLUTELY tied to his parents’ citizenship, so the “crazies” who say parents’ citizenship matters include VP Joe Biden, SOS Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama himself.
What Obama presented was an ONLINE IMAGE. You have no way of knowing whether it was or was not certified. And the HDOH has revealed in legal, official communications that Obama’s BC was amended in 2006 (see

for the shortest summary), which means it is no longer legally valid, as per HRS 338-17. The COLB form itself says “ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE”.

As to whether Hillary and McCain investigated, it wouldn’t matter even if they had, because even another candidate for POTUS was denied legal standing to sue. It was “none of his business”. The first eligibility case was filed by a Hillary supporter, and Judge Surick received his “decision” by fax from somebody else; he forwarded it on to Berg as if it was his decision, but the date/time stamp from the original fax Surick had received remained on every page of the decision he forwarded to Berg. . IOW, Surick was threatened into allowing the defendant to write his own “decision” and have it passed off as if it was the judge’s. Serious, serious crimes that have destroyed the integrity of our judicial system. Against that, what could either Hillary or McCain do even if they had the will to do so?

What we’re talking about is huge crimes, where a federal judge and media heads were all threatened and where a government agency (HDOH) has officially confirmed that Obama posted a forgery while still trying to say through NON-OFFICIAL statements that everything is peachy with Obama’s BC. We also have the Passport Office specifically disabling the security protocols 3 different times so that somebody could access Obama’s file without raising alarms. We have the Selective Service Administration forging a draft registration for Obama (with the automatic date stamp showing a ’08 rather than ’80 as they tried to pass it off as). And we now have the SSN Verification program acknowledging that the SSN Obama used on his latest tax form has never been issued to Barack H Obama.
The reason you haven’t heard any of this is because the only functioning reporting on this issue is being done on blogs – since everybody else has had the snot threatened out of them by Soros. This is not even about Obama. It’s about Soros and his thugs taking our entire infrastructure hostage – which has been documented quite well already.
Greta, I like your thinking but the FBI’s Number 1 position is a political organization assigned to the Department of Justice so, in variance, would it be wise to have gun toting data mining career bureaucrats venting political candidates? This would be comparable to the Gestapo or the Cheka/NKVD screening dog catchers, mayors, governors, and presidents. “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrent shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath and Affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized.” Amendment IV, Constitution of the United States. Technically, the Fourth Amendment protects the current presidential occupant from further documentation seizure and analysis.
There is no constitutional role given to political parties yet it is unto them that the process or preparing and presenting candidates lies. Technically the qualification to be a presidential candidate is the property of and bears with the Democrat or Republican Party. Candidates and elections, at all levels, cost political parties money in a myriad of different ways.

The two things that will Force POTUS Obama out of the running in 2012 will be the bogus Soc. Security number he is using, plus the “Outing” by Bill Ayers regarding the true authorship of “Dreams of my Father” Ayers has had it with Obama.

I have read that part of the constitution and I don’t think that it has been CLEARLY established what that restriction really means. It states elsewhere that you are a citizen if one of your parents is American. I remember reading about this issue years ago, before Obama, and the consensus at the time seemed to be probably anyone who is a citizen by right of birth (one parent who is a citizen) rather than a citizen who was “naturalized” after coming here from another country. I think I remember that even then they suggested that it would need the supreme court to settle it.
I do not like Obama but I think most of us agree that he was, at least, born a citizen by the fact of his mother’s citizenship.
My personal opinion about the unavailability of the document is that there are maybe more than one with varying places of birth listed to provide him with access to government education gimmies that he might not have been eligible for.

Also, there is a big difference between being a ‘citizen’ and being a ‘naturalized citizen'(one of the requirements for President). Read about Rep. John Bingham and the 14th Amendment. Read the Federalist Papers. It doesn’t matter what the consensus feeling is on it. The Constitution, along with the supporting documents, states clearly what is meant by a natural born citizen.
Until, and unless, the country goes back to an ‘original intent’ of the Constitution, and the government is limited by such, as it was intended to be, the movement to pure socialism will not end until everyone is a servant to the State. When that happens, whether in our lifetimes, our children’s, or our children’s children, our generations will be forever known, in posterity, as the generations that let freedom die, and did nothing to stop it.
Again, read the Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and other pertinent writings by the founding fathers to familiarize yourself with the intents and desires of what our nation was meant to be, not what it is.

Every day people in position that need top secret security clearances go through the process. I see no reason why we cannot have a government watchdog which should be a task easily performed by the FBI protect the country from those seeking office who are not eligible or who are massive security risks. right now we leave it to the media and to the opposition party and often they are prohibitied from gaining essential info. I stick with the need for the FBI to have this power and responsibility. After weeki leaks and after Obama and all the controversy, seems like we have the need for something like this with eqaul evaluation on both parties. Maybe it could go to the Secret Service. I also think it should apply to seantors and congressmen who might sit on committees with acces to every secret we have including our national security.

Here’s what I posted on my blog this morning in response to the same question somebody asked there:
There is no doubt that these threats happened. Hagmann has corroborating schedules and details, has done interviews with multiple people who were also at the meetings where the threats were relayed to the on-air personalities, and has the handwritten notes from the secretary who was at one of the meetings.
There is also no doubt that Media Matters has been keeping a scorecard of every teeny tiny blip on the screen regarding Fox and the eligibility issue – including anything they link to, anything they say, whether they go far enough to rebut or ridicule anything that comes up. They’ve had their eye on Sean Hannity for a long time. To read what they’ve got you would think that Fox has been full-bore “birther” all along. Fox had one article where they mentioned Trump’s interview where he said he had a teeny bit of doubt about Obama’s birth certificate. They left out the part where Trump said that it was stupid of the media to label anybody crazy because they have any bit of doubt and said flatly that Obama was born in Hawaii. Media Matters used that to say that Fox was “hyping” a story about Trump – and they hadn’t done enough falling over themselves to gush about how stupid Trump was and how debunked the “birther” claims were, blah, blah, blah.
Hannity has finally come out in full support of the need for answers, and I can’t imagine that he would have done that without permission, so there must be a crack in the ice. Notice that shortly after Hannity expressed his support, Media Matters decided to inform the whole world of their plans to do all-out “guerilla warfare”. If you really intend to bring the enemy down through guerilla warfare you don’t tell them what you’re up to. Media Matters used Ben Smith at Politico to extend their THREATS to Fox, and Hannity for the next few days on his radio show (all that I’m able to hear since we don’t have cable) used the word “intimidate” a lot of times when referring to Media Matters. And if you look at what Media Matters said, they are trying to get “regulators” to go against the parent company of Fox, in both Britain and the US. That’s exactly what Hagmann says the threat was – FCC and/or anti-monopoly measures through regulators. So shortly after Hannity went public on the eligibility issue, Soros went public with the same threats to use regulators as his hit-men against Fox. How can a person disbelieve that the threats occurred when the threats are now done openly in public via Politico?
Why the crack in the ice? I think it’s because House Ethics Committee Chair Darryl Issa has indicated he’s not going to be sandbagged and gaslighted into oblivion on the question of whether the White House actually wrote the illegal “net neutrality” rules and simply used the FCC as their stooges. For over a year the FCC has stalled on Issa’s requests for documentation and not long ago the FCC Chair finally responded by saying that they didn’t have to disclose the requested communications because they occurred before new disclosure rules went into effect. Issa responded by saying very pointedly that this is not a FOIA request he is doing but a fully-authorized legal INVESTIGATION, and they can investigate ANYTHING THEY WANT.
Issa is fully fed up with the politicization of FOIA requests and the crap that DHS has been doing to effectively get rid of disclosure laws – stuff like “creative” search terms so they can say that records they know exist “were not located” – such as searching the 1978 and later passport records for Obama’s mother’s 1965 and earlier passport applications, outright lying (such as the forged DOS “cable” the Passport Office presented to the judge in the Strunk case), and simply ignoring requests for long periods of time in the hopes that the requester would forget and drop the whole thing (which is the preferred runaround from Hawaii also, as I can say from personal experience). He is not amused and he is not going to take that kind of crap from anybody. That is what he has been communicating to the FCC – a point they are very slow to get through their thick skulls, so sure they have been that they could get away with whatever lawlessness they wanted.
Case in point: even the dems on the House Ethics Committee very pointedly told the FCC rep at a meeting that he could not steal the records that were in the briefcase, which were now the property of the Committee. The guy was so convinced that he could sass and get away with anything and everything that he actually said to the committee something to the effect of, “How about I take the records with me right now and you call me later?” and actually began walking toward the door with the briefcase, to be reminded sharply that leaving would be stealing documents from a federal investigation.
The timing of all that with Hannity’s stance and the public threats from Soros’ Media Matters is very, very interesting.
It’s almost as if the new sheriff in town has cracked down on the mafia that threatened Fox so Fox saw an opening and ventured forth, only to be told publicly by the mafia shortly afterwards that the mafia was moving their attack to Britain where they could break up Fox’s parent company outside the reach of that pesky Sheriff Issa.
We’ll see how Fox responds to that threat. We don’t know what Trump is going to do. It’ll be interesting to see what happens. But Fox allowing Hannity to express support for the eligibility issue just as Issa shows he is prepared to fight the FCC tooth and claw actually supports what we already knew because of the research Hagmann has done. And the public reiteration of the threat (without directly saying that the threat was over the eligibility issue, but timing it right after Hannity embraced the eligibility issue) makes the “secret” visible to everybody, which confirms it as well.
