Somehow many of these cartoonists deserve a big “eff you and why aren’t you here picking up the trash?” If there is discrimination around here, my 40 years in AZ says it isn’t against Hispanics: not after I went to school with a lady of Irish extraction who was married to someone with a Hispanic last name, and discovered the preferential treatment she got for her NAME. That’s the defining thing, not the skin color, the name. It isn’t even honest racism.
