Thanks, Ms. Skye. I was so bummed you were MIA here with some on the spot updates. But it looks like you were saving it all up for a huge finish! LOL

    Thank you, Mata.

The rambunctious blogger Stacy McCain (The Other McCain) noted the “craptasticity of the Internet connection” at CPAC. Add a @#$%^ netbook to the mix and it became a blogging disaster. Although, in fairness, the venue is in a new location and as with any new venture there are always unexpected wrinkles.

In lieu of the distraction of blogging, I was able to capture hundreds of photos and snag some great interviews which I will be rolling out on FA shortly.

Thanks for posting this. You guys have a great blog.

As a Texan, I’m curious, do you have any further info on what he meant when he said to “keep an eye on Texas”? Was he referring to the proposals on the Republican primary ballot or something else?

Pence did not elaborate on that cryptic comment, Phil.

Thanks Skye. He was probably referring to the proposals for inclusion to the main election ballot: Texas. Voter ID, God, prayer, controlling Gov’t growth cutting income taxes, etc. that are on the Texas Republican primary ballot. I was just wondering if he was hinting at the Perry/Medina primary race. It should be very interesting. Thanks for the reply.

    FYI
The ballot proposals can be found at

    Cheers!
