My one hope after the election is that Mr. Obama would do exactly what he is doing. Pushing his Socialist ideas to the brink. I hope that now the general population has experienced this excessive liberal ideology that it will be left to the far left freaks to promote and the rest of us will shun at least during my life and my childrens. The giant social experiment that fizzled. Obama’s legacy. He can go back to some leftist college to ‘teach – teachable moments’ and snub his cigarettes out in the carpet to get back at the Man.

Did anyone notice the Rev. Wright mode of speechifying slipped into his speech in Ohio? I remember he dropped those mannerisms like a hot potato immediately after Wright was exposed.

And, speaking of ‘change’, the one kind that Barack Obama did actually deliver this year was not that which most voters had in mind after listening to him use the word incessantly, all throughout 2008. Obama and his colleagues have now managed to bring the future of the Democratic Party into question, just a year after it won two smashing victories in a row.

Personally, I’m not real bothered by that. Today’s Democrats are, almost without exception, embarrassing hacks who deserved to get stomped a long time ago.

What really upsets me, however, is what these fools have allowed to be done to the name of progressivism, and to the country.

Barack Obama has now, in just a year’s time, become the single most inept president perhaps in all of American history, and certainly in my lifetime. Never has so much political advantage been pissed away so rapidly, and what’s more in the context of so much national urgency and crisis. It’s astonishing, really, to contemplate how much has been lost in a single year.

Obama, on the other hand, seems to be actually reliving the famous cock-up in the flesh. Except, of course, that he doesn’t really “charge” at anything. He just talks about things, thinks about things a real long time, defers to others on things, and waits around for things to maybe happen.

One of my worries Wednesday morning was that the Zero administration and the Democrats in general would get out in front of the Gop thunder and claim their agenda for themselves. This was a tactic used by Clinton in 95 after the 94 Gop sweep. It worked tremendously well, so well in fact, Clinton rebounded in popularity enough to be re-elected in 96.

I can see now that the Zero’s arrogance will not allow him to experience that same successful tactic. The spin coming from the administration this weekend is nothing short of surreal. Clinton hired Dick Morris as a political consultant, and his advice was to out hawk, and out right flank the Gop. The Zero has hired David Plouffe, whos advice seems to be to move even farther to the left, and to triple down on Stupid.

The Zero now faces two problems. First, his fellow Democrats have begun the stampede away from him. Second, Americans posess an adult memory. This spin would only work on an audience of 11 year old children, who I believe were visited by the POTUS late last week. His Teleprompter looked impressive in an elementary school classroom.

Actually those Falls Creek 6th graders are fairly aggressive, Obama read a book about the Civil War in VA, he doesn’t want to get tripped up by one of those children of the Confederacy.

Why does POTUS have to use a podium/teleprompter set-up to address a classroom of six graders? Is he that unaware of the message his handlers have prepared for him?
