It is with profound sadness that I read of the incompetent and disinterested manner that the administration and our security agencies now regard the safety of our citizenry as opposed to the “Rights” of Muslim Terrorists. Whether Obama the Nitwit has some special deal with Radical Islam or is just an unwitting Dupe will eventually become known: however, in the mean time we are at the mercy of inept people who really don’t understand the nature of their job nor the importance. Surely this pathetic excuse for a president can be impeached after the next Terrorist attack for Gross Negligence and Incompetence. It is time to dump the Obama Hoax, incompetence is incompetence and will soon cost American lives.
I served in Vietnam and I can tell you there are people who won’t play our silly game of fighting wars like a crime and will destoy us if we keep this up.
Skookum, the fact remains that Obama, not having being raised with traditional American Values, but under a different set and a Civil Rights doctrine preached by extremists views terrorism as a means to an end. He has no working knowledge of the Hague or Geneva Conventions and has surrounded himself with those of Like Mindset. The appointment of Eric Holder as AG serves as a prime example. Holder defended terrorists while a partner in a legal firm that collected US tax Dollars for that service.
The fact that his DHS head cannot use the term Terrorist or won’t is another example of this. Further, the prosecution or shall I say “inquisition” of the CIA agents that did interrogations of terrorists under his administration is another illustration of that. The hesitancy on the part of the FBI to interrogate comes from the fear of Federal prosecution by the terrorist friendly US (Holder) DOJ.
It is now apparently this Administration’s Policy to ignore settled International Law, ie: Geneva and Hague Conventions. This has very dangerous and grave consequences when dealing with terrorist organizations that observe or respect no laws. I do not recommend lowering the bar but following the Geneva and Hague Conventions that do NOT grant the Rights of US Citizens to terrorists. To give terrorists US Constitutional Rights is a huge mistake but the path that Team Obama wants to take.
I will argue, with civility, this point with anyone of any pay grade. I have working knowledge of the UCMJ, the Geneva, Hague Conventions and Treaties, SOFA and the applicable standards. Every opponent that the US has faced since WWI has not observed those standards but I have and held my subordinates to them as well.
OT, it is with humility and respect that I read your opinions and weigh their significance. I have no doubt that ‘traditional’ Americans within the CIA and FBI know their jobs and how to conduct themselves: but who can blame them for refusing to carry out their mission when they face the loss of a career and possible felony charges with prison time if they execute their job in a normal manner.
Our government with this administration has disintegrated to the ‘Dystopian’ dreams of the 60′s Radical and we the citizenry are the beneficiaries of this nightmare. There is frustration in the homeland and I can’t even imagine the frustration and heartache you ‘on the wall’ must be feeling, you who are the first in line to feel the Fanatic’s Blade.
As you can tell there are many older patriots who will hold the line in case the unthinkable happens, dare I suggest massive attacks here on an unaware and unprepared home front, while the TSA is still patting down grandmothers and school children while placing small sacks of ‘White Powder’ in the carry on baggage of attractive young women as a joke, all in good fun mind you. There are still many of us who consider the threat real here at home, and we wait in silence; thinking all the time, thank heavens these homicidal maniacs don’t have the same training we received way back when. Thank Goodness they are as inept and clueless as our leader.
I have one caught in the fish trap.
I hope that Obama keeps pissing off Holder.. Holder might eventually investigate Obama for his many crimes stemming from fraud.
I will bet that al qaeda has at least two placques on the walls at their Yemen training camp indicating honorary and esteemed memberships for holder and obama….and that every time they look upon these they laugh.
It gets worse, Blair testified that they did not invoke the non existant HIG in this case but should have all the while knowing it isn’t operating. .

The administration found his testimony galling, not because it made him look incompetent and they picked him, it was galling because it vindicated the Republicans criticism of the way the Obamas crew handled the incident. For that, he will probably wind up under the bus, not because he’s as inept as the administration.
