   I can attest to the way they spammed the areas heavy with minorities and section 8 housing. I live afew blocks from one Section 8 housing complex and leading up to this area there was a sign every 20 feet. After I voted I decided to see how far this went so I followed the signs for Obama. They bagan in every section that had a larger majority of black americans and ended where these areas transitioned into white middle class homes. It showed who the targets of the election were.
