I have much to be thankful for. My family, my country, her defenders past and present, and my life as God has let me live it so far.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you. For having a place where I can hang my hat for a bit, end enjoy the company of friends.
Curt, Mata, Mike, Aye, Word, Scott, …and Chris…for putting up his heart/soul for all of us.
I want to thank my fellow regular-commenters for your camaraderie, your wisdom and your wit. I feel that I have gained immensely from your words, and look forward to learning from you every day through your stories, and your viewpoints.
May God bless you all, and give you the strength to endure.
A special prayer for Old Trooper who is busy at the moment in some mountain in Afghanistan.
