That means we need to volunteer to be on the committees to get the work done and make the decisions... the outcome would have been different in NY23 if different people would have been in the leadership of those county parties. Often in county parties it is those who are willing to do the job that are elected to the office; not necessarily those who are most qualified or have the 'right' values... so if you want the leadership to change, YOU (meaning the readers of this forum) need to step up and get the education and information you need to be qualified to be the RIGHT person to lead your party organization with conservative values.

If that happens, we will have to buckle down and hold strong, because we will inevitably be weathering a storm.
