I think that Obama is also a bit conservative in certain aspects. For example, he didn’t take Michelle, Malia and Sacha to his trip to Saudi Arabia(Muslims don’t like women to intrude in the affairs of men). Most recently, he has been criticized for playing basketball only with the guys…that even NOW has gotten a bit mad about it(Muslims don’t like women to interfere with men).

There is little likelihood of the US developing a Marxist or Communist government regardless of how many people call Obama those names. Those who think that way have not considered it very deeply. As for socialism, the word is used inappropriately today and I don’t know if there is a word to describe the role of government in America currently.

It does open the door to fiscal responsibility. A long time Conservative Value among many others.
I am not Party affiliated because of the past and present poor performance of both Democrats and Republicans. The Rape, Pillage and Plunder of the Taxpayer and the Treasury must be stopped. Government needs to be managed responsibly by both elected and appointed officials that are responsive to more than 14% of the population.

You cannot Tax, Borrow and Spend any Nation to Prosperity. That has been proven worldwide for many years. Even the EU knows that as do Russia and China.Everything that has and will happen after 20 Jan, 09 is Obama’s responsibility. By Law. The Democrats have had a clear Majority in Congress since 06. Every dollar spent is on their watch. Period. By Law. They have betrayed the Public Trust by indulging in record spending to no positive result. Obama promised to Veto Earmarks and has NOT.

It is time for Conservatives to intervene and the American Voters to wise up.

Kindlingman, Progressive Marxism, Socialism, Statism, and Communism only serves to create a peasant class ruled over by Elites. Americans are not likely to sit around and have Third World Status imposed upon them and tolerate their wealth being redistributed to dictators and war lords in urine hole countries around the world.

This is the basic plan of our Marxist in Chief and apparently it has been his focus since he was an undergraduate. Doing this to the American people is like poking a mild natured pit bull with a stick, everything will be fine until he decides he has had enough, then it’s too late to start being nice and giving speeches. Your arse will be chewed up and there is nothing you can do to stop the attack.

Hungry people don’t embrace conservative ideology. If the joblessness continues to increase and the gap between rich and poor continues, there will be more than just socialism in government to concern America.
I don’t think we can count on jobless and homeless conservatives to remain satisfied with their lot in life forever. Or do we? Or do we naively believe that only Democrats are laid off?

An idle population can become restless and uneasy. We should be concerned about this Wall Street recovery and the lack of a job recovery.

IMO a lot of ppl. have no idea they are conservative. If you go over the points with them, its almost startling how little ppl. in general understand. All my friends were “liberal/Demo” until the Pres. Campaign when we all started bickering (which i determined to be the product of ABB syndrome – Anything But Bush) . When we went over the points.. I converted half my friends to the Conservative side of the force(though from there belief structure they already were and just went along with parents political affiliation).

Sadly, 1/3rd decided they couldn’t be friends with someone who was in there opinion a “Republican Pig”… But, as we here say “just time to cut out the pork”.

Hopefully together we will push back the nightmarish thought of Socialism, and honor those who died in the past to stop the spread of it and its older brother Communism.
