Very clever. Destined to be a classic.

  2. Aye Chihuahua,

I must beg to differ. That clip is not clever, nor very clever.

Brilliant is the word you were looking for!

It is hilarious. I know there are some hurt feeling in Hollywood over that one. I don’t know if anyone checks out Andrew Breitbart’s Big Hollywood site or not. It’s pretty good. They are plunging a wooden stake right into the heart of Liberal La-La Land. There are two posts that are must-reads that tie into Aye’s post here. Why Does Will Ferrell Hoard His Money While Children Suffer and the Update: Director Adam McKay Strikes Back both by Michael Wilson.

Hilarious! Yup… this accurately describes the “progressives”. (1) They are superficial and shallow. They place their faith in people who don’t understand numbers or economics. They believe in style and looks over substance. (2) They are willing to preach, but are not willing to do. I have yet to find a rich liberal in the liberal Northwest willing to give up their money or power to help someone else. They donate millions per year to politicians and political movements, but they refuse to fund scholarships for disadvantage people (not a single major university in the Northwest has a full-ride scholarship specifically for disadvantage students), they refuse to fund to donate to organizations that actually give food or healthcare to the disadvantaged, instead they give money to “advocacy groups” who then spend the money on politicians, and they refuse to actually hire, train, or promote disadvantaged people, instead they help their kids get high paying jobs, and passively promote anti-affirmative action initiatives like I-700. One only needs to look at the disparate impact at the professional level in Seattle (i.e. the board of directors of local companies, the partnership level of major law firms, and the venture capital and equity group leadership. Some are shockingly 100% white.) Liberalism isn’t about equity or opportunity, it’s about power and money. Liberals don’t want healthcare for the poor, they want nationalized healthcare so they can control people.
