It’s a dig at Obama….remember folks Obama ran to Minnesota when the ‘dissidents’ came to DC…Medvedev is showing he has bigger balls and won’t run from those who oppose.
More freedom than we have? I don’t think that will be the case. At least, not as long as the American people are armed. The 2nd amendment is the only thing which has prevented our utter enslavement by the left. One day it’s full meaning will be put into use.
He would do better talking to the White House bunch and the congress, that is where the biggest bunch of anti-Americans is located.
This is a slick move by Medveded. Rubbing Obama’s nose in the fact that his idea of Utopia is being greeted like a turd in a punch bowl. The punch-line is (On a world scale) that ‘O’ is too weak, ignorant, naive and arrogant to get it!

So if the “dissidents” right now are us Conservatives, why would any of us millions “love to talk him”, except to tell him to get lost?
There is nothing he could offer. Even the best vodka comes from Finland.
Can you imagine a US President going to another country, especially Russia or even better Iran, and saying he wanted to meet with the country’s dissidents. They would tell him to stay the “Hell” out of their country and take care of his own dissidents. Surely the Obama administration knows when the are being insulted? It will be interesting to see the US response.
Agreed that the biggest bunch of anti american dissidents are located in the current WH and in the dem majorities in the House and Senate. After those groups Medvedev could visit any US college campus to find those low life professors still bleeding over the collapse of communism in the Soviet Union and China.
The real reason for Medvedev’s dissident statement is to use the Obama apology tour to further undermine the uniqueness of America and its reputation. Maybe Obama will have Dmitri meet Mumia Abu Jamal the cop killer in prison in PA, or Obama’s friend Bill Ayres?
Meeting “dissidents” in the US or anywhere else would be a change for Medvedev. Russia pretty much kills their dissidents and always have even when the Tzars were in power. It is all they know to do.
