But the White House has to know that, if Jones goes, the questions won’t end. Who appointed him? Who looked into his background? Who knew what and when?

Gibbs knows that the Jones controversy undermines confidence in the President, who bears ultimate responsibility for the appointment. Gibbs also has to know that, if Jones’ background can sink Jones, the President himself is in trouble. Obama has decades of friendly associations with communists and terrorists, ranging from Communist Party USA member Frank Marshall Davis in his youth in Hawaii to communist terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in Chicago when he was doing community organizing and running for political office.

By comparison to Obama, when it comes to nefarious connections, Jones is a piker.

Curiously, it’s not Jones’ communist background which has proven to be the most controversial. Rather, it’s his two apologies in a week for statements calling Republicans “assholes” and having signed a 9/11 truth statement blaming the terrorist attacks on U.S. officials.

It’s the communism, stupid.

It is becoming increasingly clear that the scandal threatens not only the job of Van Jones but the Obama presidency.

The evidence suggests that a communist network has a direct pipeline into the White House. It is a network that includes the President himself.

So how can Obama fire Jones without putting his own presidency in jeopardy? This is the dilemma that grips the White House.

Van Jones Mystery Solved?

The Obama Administration refuses to say how communist Van Jones was hired as the “Green Jobs Czar” and who recommended him. The administration refuses to say who knew what about his communist background. The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), where Jones is employed, told me, in response to a series of Freedom of Information Act requests, that it had no documents about his hiring or communist background. But some possible explanations for the mysterious appointment are now coming into focus.

But other evidence supports the idea that Rep. Barbara Lee, one of the most extreme members of Congress and an apologist for Fidel Castro, played a key role in the Jones appointment. Lee, perhaps best known for casting the lone vote in the House against U.S. military action to remove the Taliban regime in Afghanistan after the 9/11 attacks, is a close friend of both Jones and President Obama.

The White House shouldn’t expect the furor over Special Advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation at the White House Council on Environmental Quality Van Jones to go away just because he’s resigned, says a former Obama Administration transition team member, because “the same problems that they created with Jones’s hiring are there for others and they don’t seem to care about the political damage these people may inflict.”

According to several White House sources, Jones was hired for his “green jobs czar” positions over concerns raised by the White House Counsel’s Office, after Jones’s background materials came back with several of what were termed “inconsistencies” in the Standard Form 86 Questionnaire for National Security Positions.

Here’s that last part again. I want to emphasize it:

A White House source in the counsel’s office released information to the press anonymously “in the hopes that information about concerns raised by the counsel’s office about Jones might push him out of the Administration.”

I find that stunning.

Someone, or several someones, in the White House knew what was in Jones’ background and he was hired anyway, over the objections of the WH counsel…absolutely stunning. Some reports I’m reading say that Michelle O and VP Biden are among those who gave the thumbs up.

Had Enough? Obama’s John Mitchell Strategy

Van Jones was not a vetting problem, he was a “getting caught red-handed” problem.

As discussed on Friday in this space, Jones would never, ever have been allowed in the door of the White House with his nutty record — much less be hired to work there — unless people at the top thought of him in, an ideological sense, as one of their own. This episode has nothing to do with vetting, with race or anything else other than that the curtain was momentarily pulled aside to reveal what President Obama and company really, truly believe.

More to the point, it shows exactly where they are trying to take the country.

Unless Obie and the gang can create some sort of diversion or, in some other way stanch the bleeding in the polls, and in the exposure of their vulnerable underbelly, my gut tells me we are quite possibly seeing the beginning of a Great Unraveling.

We have another “Czar” saying that Sharia Law would be just fine in some cases in our legal system; Minnesota (WTH is wrong with them?) apparently has a large Somali Muslim population already trying to get the courts to cede to this…along with special treatment from employers for the 5 x a day prayer, etc.

The bloodless genocide and ethnic cleansing of the British people and culture continues apace with the latest example being the ripping up of a century old Christian cemetery to make way for a mosque in Manchester.

The grave desecrations, being carried out with a large Komatsu earthmover in the graveyard of the St John the Apostle and Evangelist church at the corner of Holmfirth Street and St John’s Road, is part of the re-opening of this nineteenth century church as the Dar-ul-Ulum Qadria Jilania “Islamic Centre.”

A sign on the door says clearly that the “Islamic Centre” is already “open for prayer” — showing that by Islamic centre the colonisers actually mean mosque.

The conversion of this church (founded in 1845 on a site donated by Sir J. W. H. Anson) into a mosque has been made possible by the displacement of the local indigenous British population by waves of Third World immigration into Manchester.

As this policy gathered pace under successive Tory and Labour governments, the numbers of Third World colonisers grew to the point where they have now totally displaced the indigenous population.

As there were no more white British people in the local area, the Grade II listed status church closed down — only now to be re-opened as a mosque.

This church — formerly the largest Church of England parish in Longsight, was the only one in the area with a graveyard.

These Christian British graves — the only remnant of the now ethnically cleansed British people in the area — are obviously offensive to the Muslim colonisers, who have brought in the earthmoving machine to smash up the gravestones which are being literally crushed to rubble.

Honestly, even a couple weeks back, I did not hope that the Obama love fest might be over. Now, after this one with VJ, I see the looks in the O supporters at my place of work. Ever see a puppy rapped on the nose by their beloved? This is what these folks look like now. Hurt, betrayed and Confused (with a capital C).

Is it possible that Obama is so inexperienced that he needs to have so many “advisers”? Obama finds no problem in “hiring” nutjobs like Van Jones, whose thinking is exceedingly defective, because Obama himself thinks in the same way.

Or, could it be that Obama is “stacking-the-deck”, placing “key” people in various departments so that he can circumvent laws requiring the vetting of essential people in his administration. Obama’s plan may be to have as many “czarinos” and others reporting directly to him and thus avoid congressional or other oversight.

My guess is that Obama may never be pictured on the front of any monetary unit like the rest of those others. Obama is flagrant on radicalism, socialism and hypocrisy.

Van Jones is just the tip of the iceberg. This can’t all be dismissed as campaign hype from the Republicans.

I hear inklings that as more and more stories of corruption and political dealings, along with waste and fraud from the stimulus bill come to light it will be impossible for the “news” media to ignore.

Combine that with Independents who now realize that Obama isn’t the messiah they were expecting and things are going to get really interesting over the next year.
