TF, I have to thank you – you’re comments definitely put a smile on my face! If any of my flaming liberal friends heard that someone thought I was an undercover lib they would fall over laughing! Hey, I gave the guys props where I felt they were due. Missing the vid was an honest mistake, and as for Moran’s talking points the man either still does not know what’s in the bill or is flat out lying to us. Nope, I have never met Dingy Harry – my visit was completely recreational and politics – free! Except for the part where I was explaining to a friend that the left should be grateful for Andrew Johnson – the man who is the only reason we’re not speculating if Obama is already the worst president in US history.

I’ll be leading a tour group around the monuments Saturday morning, but when we rap up I’ll be joining up with Ron and the gang if things are still going.

And if you see a dork in an Eagles jersey wearing John Lennon shades and carrying a walking stick come over and say “hi!”

You certainly do keep the most interesting company. First you have a personal invite from Moran to the Reston Town Hall meeting. Now you’re out in Harry Reid country. BrotherBob: I’m talking about the white guy with black framed glasses near the podium. Moran accused him of being a plant, demanding to see proof that the man was a resident of his district. The man pulled out his driver’s license and handed it to Moran. Then the man asked Moran to show HIS proof of ID — adding that Moran was the impostor there. It’s all on video.

If you were present, I’m surprised you didn’t notice. I’m also curious about the invite you received from Moran’s campaign. I’m a registered Independent and I didn’t receive an invite. None of my Independent or Republican friends received one, either. Are you a registered Democrat? Someone must think you like Moran.

TF, I don’t recall Moran asking for proof of residence. If you’re talking about who I think you are was it the woman who spoke out of turn pretending to be someone else? As much as I dislike Moran I think his smacking her down was appropriate.

Drudge mentioned the Chinese flag in the Whitehouse. Moran is an ass and his constituents do not worry him. Howard Dean is a Dr. and a pol and he is dumb enough to offer dr.s a standard practice to emmunize them from law suits? HR3200 already has a standard practice schedule and if the dr.s fail to follow it they will lose money. As Brother Bob mentioned medicene is way too complicated to try to put into a standard plan. I was an airline pilot for many years and the FAA was smart enough to make it the rule that the captain could do anything within reason, legal or not , for the safety of his ship and passengers. I would assume a doctor should have the same lattitude. I walk away from these protests with the feeling that there is a lot more under the surface than is being reported on. Loss of jobs, high deficits, a health care bill full of potential pitfalls and runaway cost, too many czars, strange people in the administration, congress critters acting like they are independent of the voters, changing the social fabric of our country, worldwide appologies for America without giving an account of the good it has done and the overall sense that we are out of control as a nation without an experienced President or administration to guide him. If this was 1809 instead of 2009 I would bet on a revoloution.
