With Obama’s poll ratings at around 42% approval (low and falling), Obama has very, very little political capital left. After an entire summer of back-peddling and saying the same thing over and over again, the only solid thing that has resulted from his efforts is that about 70% of likely voters say they now favor a government that offers fewer services and imposes lower taxes.

I really believe Olympia Snowe is brain dead. She got that way by dealing with the democrats, that sort of stuff rubs off. Socialism is the real end product of this health care garbage, cap and traitor, and the stimulus package. I would like to know why the Obama administration has so many self-proclaimed communist as advisors if democracy was an important factor. Obama reminds me of a “Post Turtle”.
An old Texas rancher was talking to his doctor. Eventually the topic came up about Obama. The old rancher said “Well, ya know, Obama is a “Post Turtle”. When you’re driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that’s a “Post Turtle”.
