This was about 20 years ago, and there wasn't much need for air conditioning in the alps. I also doubt Specter ever worked up much of a sweat until the recent town hall meeting!

I couldn't find any town halls in SE Wisconsin for my two Dem senators and the Milwaukee congresswomen. Tea baggers will need to find out any public appearances or go to disctrict offices and protest.
