I’m one of Lloyd Dogget’s constituents and I wasn’t exactly clamoring for him to vote for this Crap and Trade bill. As for Obama not “forgetting” Doggett’s role, Texans tend to be contrarian and the President should remember that when dealing with the Texas delegation. Push too hard and they’ll make his Chicago way look like a Cub Scout den meeting.

What a perfect example of why the Progressives have been actively corroding our education system in general, and history education in particular for generations. Anyone who has done anything more than the most casual study of history knows that after a successful power grab, the extremists are almost always discarded as dangerous tools who have outlived their usefulness. Not to be barbaric, but I for one can think of very few groups of people who deserve “The Night of the Long Knives” more than the Eco-Fascists. Figuratively speaking of course…
