I would like for a liberal to come in here and tell me why corruption on Wall Street is bad, but this is ok.

Hey, Old Trooper at #3: watch how you talk about Berettas. I LOVE me some my 92FS, and I’m fairly confident it will do the job when required. You have to love a company that’s been making guns for almost 500 years.

I guess we’re gonna have to agree to disagree.

    @ Richard
I carried a SW .38 in the Air Force until they moved to the Beretta 9mm. It’s ok. I personally like my Ruger .45. Better known as “one round and down.”

Richard, I have a Beretta Brigadier at the house but my carry piece is a 1911 or an XD .40.
Calibers that start with a .4 don’t require a double tap or emptying a whole magazine to get the deal done. In self defense situations the fewer rounds fired, the easier it goes when the Gendarmes
show up to haul off the no longer breathing, room temperature Goblin.

    Headed home tomorrow. Take Care.

I understand their “do as I say stance.” There is just no way this can stay buried in the bottom of the news pile. For years Republicans have been excoriated for putting the welfare of business ahead of the worker. The Bush administration puts in a system that ends up uncovering millions of dollars in dirty dealings by the Unions. The SEIU is actually on the verge of becoming insolvent because of their shady deals and the ungodly amount of money they donated to the messiah.
Now, Obama’s people are giving the Unions the ability to go back to their shady ways. Is anyone in the MSM going to speak up for the workers they supposedly care so much about?

Although we can certainly go off on the firearms tangent, I really can’t believe we’re not commenting on the attractive young lady any more.

Old Trooper, I agree, .45+P = survival, other guy gets no shot; NATO 9mm = you dead in fair fight. Actually, though, the sexy lady is intriguing; who, what, where, when come to mind.
Aqua, Liam, I think corruption is a bi-partisan thing and essential to coming up in the Chicago machine. Most of Obi Iwon’s contributors believed that or they would not have paid him off. His woshippers lied to themselves that he wasn’t going to do what he is doing, or that he would only ripoff the other guy. McCains real foolishness is he knew and fought the corruption in the S&L debacle that he himself had been dirted by, totally ignoring that his “allies” were more corrupt and setting up the “special interest” ripoffs we are now seeing.

RatDog, She has better taste in Hats than pistols, an inviting smile and no doubt a very charming personality. I am old to be her Prom date but firearms instruction, fly fishing instruction and horseback riding instruction in the wilds of Montana would bore her to tears.
That is why I love Montana. Work is valued more than Who You think You are. Deeds are valued higher than talk and Politicians come home to listen first and take tough questions. Charity is Voluntary and looking after Neighbors comes from the Heart and not from any Government demand.

My prom date was the girl I should have married. After the dance we sat on her Daddies front porch and we kissed. She pushed half of her “Chew” into my mouth and that was intimacy. it scared me that she was thinking about getting that “serious” and a week later I took a train to Helena to fly to Fort Benning, GA for path I chose and walked for 28 years.

Unions and Enviro Nazi Liberals killed any real industry in the US, got the Pretender elected and run a more lucrative racket than Al Capone. They are a Protected Species right now by the…
    *We Won
    *We Make the Laws
    *We are Above the Law
    *You Lost
*”If You are not One with US, We can punish You” type of Government that Team Obama endorses, for their best interests and NOT YOURS!

The folks that built America came in first generation from Ellis Island. They were not Entitled but worked hard but sought Liberty, Opportunity and learned English, assimilated and their children fought Wars for Their Adopted Nation because the Loved Their Country and Freedom was to be defended. They did that without hesitation. As did I, just because it was Right and Expected.

Waiting to catch the ferry across the channel, get a cab to Heathrow and get on the next thing smoking for the USA.

The most selfish days I ever spent but well spent.
    Take Care!

EdGi, Fair Fight? I fight to Win and always have. There are no fair fights. The Winner walks away.
The Loser gets the “dirt nap”. You know that from some experience. I know it and so do You.
If You live through it, You Won. The dark side that You push aside but remember forever. The part of You that is pushed aside when You return from Mission and for me, my Daughter that waited and trusted and believed. I did not deploy for nothing. She knew that.

Daughter is on FTX at USAFA. A Cadet. I expect to hear from her next week.

There are fights you Win and the .45, +P or not Wins.

    Take Care Bro.

I don’t think it is okay. All corruption – whether it is in business, government, unions or anywhere else should be exposed.
