   The main stream media are not ‘biased’.

   They are a broad collection of marketing channels coordinated under the umbrella of the parent firm Main, Stream and Media.

   The confusion stems from the false assumption the MSM have anything whatsoever to do with journalism. They do not. Assertions they are a journalistic enterprise are fraudulent and designed to simply lend credibility to their marketing campaigns.

   Simply put, what is perceived as bias is nothing more than the MSM advocating for their client the DNC and American Left; the very business model of a marketing firm.

   I would suggest if we could move past this ‘bias’ red herring and call them out for the marketing firms they are, producing ad copy instead of news reports delivered by spokesperson instead of news anchors we could remove their fraudulent veil of credibility and in return provide the American voter much needed context with which to view and digest their advocacy.

   I think that Peggy Noonan said it pretty well:

   “Politically she’s like a beautiful doll containing a canister of poison gas: Break her and you die,” Noonan wrote.

   Noonan questioned the wisdom of critics who want to use an attack on Sotomayor as a way to excite the base.

   “Excite the base? How about excite a moderate, or interest an independent?” she wrote. “How about gain the attention of people who aren’t already on your side?”

   Frankly, I’ll believe this kind of crap when Dems take the same care in attacking GOP nominees.

   P.S. Peggy Noonan sold out a long time ago. She no longer carries any weight with conservatives.

   Hang… excite? I’d be happy if any major media who reaches the political couch potatos would actually delve into her record on substance, and examine her judicial philosphy instead of all the flower petals they insist upon laying at her feet.

   If Ricci goes down in flames via a very liberal SCOTUS, Sotomayor may be history… as she should.
