Scott, I feel most comfortable with the Pretender in Chief doing nothing. What remedies you describe fall within the job description of DOD & Dept. of State. Obama ran his party line past the voters to be elected, then brought out his vision of a reshaped America and broke his promises.

Obama is still running for office and has not yet governed. He has zilch for Foreign Policy experience and is clueless. Let State & DOD chop the wood and carry the water. Everything Obama touches seems to turn into something bad.

I think he should put his money and his efforts where his mouth is. He talks about how important it is to help a democratic govt in Pakistan, then lists the problems, but does nothing. I think he should do as much for the Pakistani govt as he does for the Iraqi and Afghan govts in trying to support and defend democracy there.
Where doctors are needed, send doctors.
Where food is needed, send food.
Where teachers are needed, send teachers
Where security is needed, support the Pakistani govt-even if it means US forces (that could mean special forces working w air support, or more.

Instead, he whines about their problems, then does nothing.

Yesterday he slams Chrysler investors for the sin of wanting their investment return back. Class warfare is his specialty.
