Announce that any scumbag caught in the act gets hanged (actually, "Piracy on High Seas" is punishable by the noose down there). 2. Usage of different implements to get rid of the scum. The SPCG is particularly fond of 40mm cannons and M134, but at least one bunch of them uses the AT-4 as well. 3. With particularly well armed pirates using AT-5 Spandrel missiles and such stuff, get an A-4 Skyhawk equipped with fuel-air weapons. There's nothing like that to wipe a pirate boat from the seas, although there's a rumor the sharks don't like BBQed pirates. 4. Teach the Indonesians how to proceed with pirates. Since they don't adhere to the rules that often, even more pirates end up very dead.
