British Conservative Sensation, Daniel Hannan, On Glenn Beck

Scott posted on the great tongue lashing the British politician gave to the Prime Minister over his Obama style spending earlier today. Now that same politician, Daniel Hannan, was on Beck this afternoon:

Lots of outstanding stuff in the video but this got a laugh from me:

Beck: Please explain…you say that we’re in a better position then England but it’s because you’ve had Socialism for so long, we’re now walking through that door like that’s the answer to cancer…it’s a nightmare. Can you please explain what’s in our future if we don’t turn around now?

Hannan: Yeah, I love this show…I wish we had tv like this in the UK…you would never get a question like that on the BBC, it’s just unthinkable.

Interestingly – it seems it’s the Continental Europeans who aren’t so keen on Obama & Brown’s big splurges.

And it’s not only the Czechs – I believe even the French aren’t keen on all this spending either. Apparently they are in less debt that us.

Right at the very end Beck had this gem: “Please defect. . . .”

    LOL!
