But it isn't this gaffe that's most troubling, it's the funding of Hamass, it's the belief that there are 'moderate' elements of Taliban that we could negotiate with. It's the belief that we can negotiate with Hezbollah and the mullahs. It's Djimmah Carter foregin policy on crack.
