One cannot agree more with this assessment of the scandal engulfing and enveloping inner city Chicago machine politicians Barack Obama, Rod Blagojevich and Rahm Emanuel. I quote:

Not only did Obama lie; he and his Chief of Staff Emanuel apparently engaged in “pay to play” the inner city Chicago way with corrupt Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich.
I hope the Electoral College is not as corrupted as Obama and that they will take this into consideration before voting for him Monday. If they still vote for him, then America is really finish.

So yes, move to Canada. It is quite a socialist country but it could be change because we are only 33 millions people and we are the second biggest country in the World. So there is a lot of space for hundred of millions more. If all Conservative Republicans moves in Canada (approx: 125 millions, I think it is a wild guess), then we can change Canada into a New USA and that will greatly help Stephen Harper. My own opinion is that absolutely no one other than conservative blogosphere True Believers would consider it to be a lie that Obama’s transition team provided a list of preferred appointments to fill Obama’s vacant Senate seat, in the context of Obama’s comments. With everything on the President-elect’s plate, the identity of a single US Senator (one Democrat versus another Democrat, at that), has got to rate about number 500 in general importance. There is an army of thousands of blogosphere conservatives, combing through every single word in search of a “gotcha.” And the President-elect is being asked a zillion questions about everything. As if he’s supposed to carefully weigh each and every answer, trying to determine how his precise phraseology might be construed in a way to use against him.
Let’s just get a special prosecutor or else just let Fitzgerald do his job and see if any actual evidence of malfeasance or corruption on the part of Obama or his team emerges.
I’m not holding my breath.
Here’s my prediction.
1. None of this is going anywhere, because there’s no there there.
2. Obama’s approval rating will continue to hold steady at 70%.
3. He’s going to do a good job for the country.
I actually think that it’s a good thing that some people are trying to make a really big deal of this. After it’s exposed to be a big nothing, Obama’s detractors will lose credibility and he’ll have a free hand to run the country.
