I don’t suppose people remember that Bill Clinton also promised a middle class tax cut and dropped that promise soon after getting into the White House.

Anyone who thinks Obama will keep his word hasn’t been paying attention to all the promises he’s already backed out of.

I like the idea about small businesses firing the Obama workers first. Surely, those workers can understand why it’s important for them to make the sacrifice.

Unless of course if they are selfish and unpatriotic.

Remember when Clinton retroactively increased SS taxes? One of our employees was about to retire but chose not to because of the tax hike. We were going to hire two new employees with full benefits to replace him, but, held off even hiring one at the time. Good thing it worked out that way we later realized.
