It is all about control. Wealth gives people options outside of government dependence and they can not stand that concept. While I can not testify under oath that all leftist politicians are not mentally challenged, I would have to guess that many of them are smart enough to understand economics well enough to know that bleeding your cow half to death doesn’t make her produce more milk. So I come to the conclusion that they are so twisted that they would rather have complete control over a slum, than merely influence in a first class country.

They might want to think a bit further. Poverty makes some people dependent on the nanny state. It makes other people angry and desperate. In this country, the types to get angry also own guns. Yes, I know they want to take those away too, but there are hundreds of millions of guns. How are you going to collect them all before the spit hits the fan? If Obama wants to spread the wealth so badly, why doesn’t he give his 2 millions$ to the poor people instead of giving it to a TV station so he can have a 30 minutes ad on the 29 of October? The money this guy spent on his campaign would have fed Africans for a complete year. This guy is a real disaster.

Off topic: I’m currently watching O’rielly… Man, this Joe Plumber shit is crazy… All he did was ask Obama a question and they got NBC Satellite vans outside his home. Investigated is backlog of taxes. All this cause he asked a question… I didn’t see a satellite van at Bill Ayers house, hell i don’t see anything about Acorn on any other channel but FOX.

Fact: The man who would be president can’t pass a true and fair background check to be a security guard at WalMart. I have held a military secret clearance and we go through a background check to run EMS calls which Hussein can’t pass. What has this country came to?

A clear and present danger is being forced on this country. Even Slow Joe Biden (after they removed part of his brain a few years ago) knows for a fact and has stated that Hussein will get a lot of Americans killed as the enemy test his resolve, which he has none of. His many attempts to surrender to the terrorist prove that. This country is in a heap of trouble.

BarbaraS and Custer, I share your concerns. I tend to think that an Obama presidency will polarize much of the population and set progress in race relations back by many years.
