Never in a million years would I have thought that one woman could cause a Presidential Candidate to quickly run in the other direction and hide behind some females’ skirts!
Now we get to see the “master” in action…a preview…

That apology lacks 2 important things:

1) Not loud enough
2) Not often enough

Gov Palin and her family have been put through the wringer since McCain’s announcement of Gov Palin as his VP choice. And BHO whines that he’s been through it “for 19 months”….yeah….right…

BHO and crew are running scared.. When was the last time you ever heard of a presidential candidate of one party, constantly being compared to the VP choice of another candidate? Guess BHO knows he can’t compare to McCain, so he tries to compare to his VP pick,,, and looses there too.

There’s one constant between the left and right….NO ONE thinks that the media told the truth about what was happening in Iraq, before the invasion (recall CNN’s admission that they didn’t report Saddam’s oppression or the decrepit conditions for fear of losing access), during the invasion (recall the sky-is-falling reporting when the sandstorm hit and when forces advanced so well that they had to stop to consolidate supply lines), during the reconstruction (I’ve never once heard from someone who came back and said, “wow, you guys are really getting the right impression of what’s going on over there”), and the surge (took MONTHS for the media to acknowledge it worked, and they merely stopped reporting rather than report success). Leftists go to anti-US foreign sites like the BBC for news because they think Iraq is Verdun, Stalingrad, Dunkirk, and more all combined. The 911 truthers think that the truth isn’t being told by the media. The 2000 election whiners still think it was a FOX news conspiracy that led to the problems (no, couldn’t possibly be two nearly identical candidates). Pick your issue, it doesn’t matter. People don’t trust today’s media, and Palin is a catalyst for all of that to vent. Nothing could have been more perfect than to have the NYT (which ran hundrds of Haditha and Abu Ghraib stories on the front page, and none of the results closer than page8) to run 3 stories about Sarah’s children on pg1. Talk about demonstrating the exact point.

Looks like the ham handed attacks are going to backfire.

Obama operated the same way throughout the primary against Hillary. It should be no surprise that he is using the same tactics of sending out his surrogates to do the dirty work and then use those opportunities to denounce them and “look Presidential.”

Just heard on Fox that 30 lawyers have been dispatched to Alaska to dig up dirt on Gov Palin.

I am an Alaskan working woman (married with three children and another one on the way) and can tell you these people who degrade Sarah Palin are nuts! And, they are really looking into Sarah’s life — like what about Obama? What about Biden? They don’t care about those wackos. Why isn’t the media hounding Chicago or Delaware (or Scranton PA)? Instead, we need to learn that Sarah’s husband had a DUI 22 years ago, she forgot to transfer her fishing license over. She fired some people while mayor. A former librarian doesn’t like her. No books were banned Sarah just asked about it. Big deal. (I would like to ban offensive rap music and overly violent video games, myself, but that is another story)

I didn’t write this but found it entertaining.

Then came Sarah.
Mom, athlete, hunter, started out local, worked her way up, no wealthy family, no president husband, no Yale law school, just integrity guts and character.

The media is no longer a group of principled professionals who we can rely on as a source of information based on fact. The BHO long term associations with Wright, Rezko, Ayers and Pfleger alone would be a scandal if he were a Republican. Actually I think a congressional investigation is in order. I am still waiting for a clear presentation of BHO’s stand of terrorism/security, judges, and taxes (for starters) but all I hear is how great he is and how bad the opposition is.
BTW Do all these things we are not supposed to talk about mean he against free speech?
