Well the guy sends in a check for what he or she thinks the candidate is worth. It's usually a one time thing and the more money given up front, the more likely that is. This may include business people, movie stars and other big money people too. Some have already split their money between Clinton and Obama. Those that want Hillary to run, maybe more likely to help pay off Hillary's multi-million dollar debt than give to Obama. Obama needs to find new sources of revenue and he may have to dive deep into that "evil" lobbyist pool to get more money.
