It’s a common genetic defect, mostly seen in political type’s. Inbreeding is the suspect cause, but further testing is ongoing. There is a companion symptom, in which some individuals believe everything they’re told, to the point of being a danger to themselves and others. The clinical term is, “stuck on stupid”, and research is ongoing, but this defect seems to concentrate in the voting public. Evidence that it may be affecting congressional types is prevalent, but studies are difficult, because of a symptom of the disease called “flip flopping”. These conditions may be transferable, any contact with “governmental types” should be avoided.

I thought the USA security system is very tight but if a alien can cheat the system and become PRESIDENT it left me wondering. The birthers are wasting time Obama is not an alien otherwise the CIA could have found that long before the 2008 elections. I have a feeling Obama wanted to avail the birth certificate at the right time ie ahead of 2012 elections. What will Trump and other birthers say? Trump appears as if he is running like a headless chicken. Now he wants Obama’s school records. USA is in real big shit economically and every effort must be directed towards economic recovery not birth certificates. Remember there are no birthers in China! Soon China will be a leading economy when Americans are in Hawai treasure hunting Obama’s birth certificate .

I see all these posts about security clearances and no one on here really knows which senator or member of congress has one. They are assuming only.

Members of congress and senators are asked to only take a oath of secrecy and not to disclose info that may damage national security, thats it.

I have argued this for years also, but I have also been told by many people that certain congress people and senators do need active authentic clearances………you know the type thats filled out on a SF or ESQ 86 form and not just an oath of secrecy.

When I hear that information though, I ask well if you know they have to fill out the paperwork then why don’t you know who they are? No one can answer that question.

I myself have actually emailed several senators offices, sent FOIA request forms in and even called and I always get the same answer citing privacy issues.

There is some type of reform being debated right now concerning issues on members having to have an actual clearance and not just a oath, but from what I have seen so far it will be shot down.

The issue is that it may compromise the integrity of the members and several other things also. Actually if you want true translation in my book, I think what their trying to say without saying it is that a lot would fail an investigation into their backgrounds.

How many would pass a polygraph, a politician? COME ON! Lets get real here folks. How about all the other questions on a SF86 form also, do you really think all members would pass? How about drug screening also, you think they all would pass? Nope.

This is why they take only oaths folks, don’t be fooled be all the shades.

If given long enough (which is obviously what you want) someone somewhere will contrive what may be deemed acceptable by members of an administration; I however think the people need to see and judge and have explained to them the facts by NON-PARTISON Forensic experts and this should be administered to and made public very very soon.

I’m not sure that’s actually the case. I used to see a lot of different birth certificates and other ID in a previous job — granted, that was many years ago — and I seem to recall that some States titled their birth certificates “Certificate of Live Birth” to differentiate them from stillborns, etc. Some of those forms were called (at the top of the form) Certificate of Birth, Birth Certificate, Certificate of Live Birth … possibly others.

There were some “birth certificates” (and I use the term sort of generically) where both stillborns and live births were listed on the same form, but there was a block where they checked off whether it was live or stillborn.

Some time back, and certainly when Obama was born, the “original” birth certificates were filled out by hand in the hospital, and kept in the State Bureau of Vital Statistics, or whatever they call it. The copy usually given out, or carried by the “owner,” was basically a photostat of that certificate — at least for births in the 40s thru 60s — but sometimes (in the case of Washington State in the 50s & 60s) they also issued a separate certificate (sometimes called Certificate of Live Birth) that was ID-card-sized, laminated, and could be carried in the wallet. It didn’t have ALL the information about parentage, etc., but it had the basic info and was considered a birth certificate for virtually all legal purposes. I still have mine, and it was enough of a “birth certificate” to get into the Army and get a lot of security clearances & passports over the years. I probably have some 8×10 “birth certificate” form on file somewhere in Washington State, but I have no recollection of ever seeing it.

Confusing the matter even further, some places have begun issuing certificates printed by a computer because the old photostat copies wear out, and they probably don’t even have the equipment to spin out more photostat copies if you lose yours. My wife let her drivers license lapse for a number of years and had to go in and prove to Virginia that she was actually a citizen. They wouldn’t take her worn-out old photostat birth certificate because they said they couldn’t read it clearly, so she applied for another from West Virginia. What she actually got was some new computer-generated thing that made everyone happy, but was certainly different from her “original” certificate.

My point, hidden beneath all that rambling recollection, is that each State used to have widely-varying rules and terms. Like with drivers licenses — some states called it a Driver License, some called it a Driver’s License, and some called it Motor Vehicle Operator’s Permit, or some other variation on the same theme. Now, I suspect, everything is probably computerized and standardized for Birth Certificates between the States, just to make it tougher to create fake IDs. Alas, it used to be easy to wander thru a cemetery, take some notes on stillborn or very young deaths, and get a usable birth certificate to start building your ID package.

I’m not expert enough to tell whether this form Obama’s butt-monkeys cranked out is legitimate or not, but it seems really suspicious that they refuse to back anything up with hospital records, etc. One would assume Obama was born in a hospital, attended by doctors and nurses, and someone paid for it. And also that he got the usual vaccinations as an infant, also. All of this should be absurdly simple to produce and stop all this speculation — if they can.

One might further guess, if all that paperwork exists, that perhaps his mother either didn’t pay her bill, or stuck the local welfare department with it. And this might be why no one will produce this embarrassing bit of welfare dependency.

One thing is certain — there is a really strong reason his little robots are protecting this little piece of history so desperately.

It has what I believe to be a seal.

Why it was made not visible is a good question to ask the Obama campaign people
I flipped it over, cut it and put it next to the seal from Patrica Decosta birth certificate.
I think it is a seal, if not, for sure it is an image of something.
I used an older version on adobe and came up with the image.
If it is a real seal where is the signature stamp?
I couldn’t find any signature stamped on it like the decosta certificate has.
