Godspeed Private & thank you
McGinnis’s sacrifice embodies the reason we have the Congressional Medal of Honor.
Why didn’t I see this on CBS, ABC, NBC, or MSNBC?
Because through the prism of the MSM, all US troops are baby killers and rapers and terrorizers of women.

PFC McGinnis displayed a remarkable level of bravery, dedication, determination, and, yes, love for his fellow soldiers as well as his country.
I saw it this on MSNBC.

That’s good news.
Didn’t see it at Huffington Post, Daily Kos, etc.
Does anyone know if Keith Olbermann will be mentioning it?
Daily Kos
Can’t you just keep the comments about McGinnis and save your media bashing for another post?
Thanks for the link to the Kos piece. It was VERY well done and deserves to be recognized. As to the bashing…I’m not. I’m begging not bashing; begging-like you-for people to recognize and support America’s fighting men and women AND their families not just for who they are, but for what they’ve done. The Kos piece was great. The comments….well, THAT’s bashing.
Got any links to the Huffpo or KO pieces? I hope they’re written as well as the KOS one, and get better-less bashing-responses.
FF Watches MSNBC? That explains a lot.
I watch MSN and listen to Glenn Beck. I have subscriptions to The Weekly Standard and The Nation. I also take my kids to the Congressional Medal of Honor Museum here in Charleston every year. I did not serve but honor those who have as much as anyone here.
I would think that the Weekly Standard would cancel out The Nation. In your case, I am not so sure.
Good for you to take the kids of the Medal of Honor Museum.
It’s the Medal of Honor, not the Congressional Medal of Honor.
Thank you Ross.
