Obama knew full well what Wright was all about. Not only did he write about it in his books as pointed out in this posting, but the NYT also wrote about it last year in an article now appearing at Indigo Red. He had tapes of the sermons while he was off at law school so he could listen over and over agian.

I’ll quote my moniker here: “Whosoever desires constant success must change his conduct with the times.” McCain and all conservative Americans will have to stay on the ball and on the offensive, lest we allow the media spin-machine to influence voters towards the Democrats.

For all his talk of unity, change, etc., one has to be suspicious when you look at who Obama surrounds himself with. Reverend (and that’s I title I hesitate to bestow on him) Wright, Bill Ayers, and his wife Michelle. I assume it’s broadly known here, but his wife, in spite of going to Princeton and Harvard Law on the government’s dollar still took it upon herself to write in her dissertation to explain how “white” America doesn’t allow blacks to get ahead. Now, granted, she is his wife; so I don’t expect him to keep her out of his confidences, but you do begin to see a pattern in what one might call “his innermost way of thinking” per se.

Elroy, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that he’s talking like a lawyer. Before he went into politics Barrack made his living in civil rights law. If the votes of Florida and Michigan get counted (over the objections of the likes of Al Sharpton), and the people of Pennsylvania show some good sense and vote for Clinton, we can remove the shadow of a possible Obama presidency from our country before primary season is over. If Obama does become the Democratic nominee, then it’ll be even more important for all of us to see McCain through to victory in November.

Allow me to be Oprah for a few… like anyone with a clue gives a scrap of TP what she thinks…

The American Republic was of course founded on the Constitution etc.. blacks and whites built America,(as well as Asians, Turks, etc etc) but few will openly admit it… WE built this country… but, the societal priveledge was askew in the beginning, presently it’s not the case, I SAY AGAIN, it’s not presently the case,,, regardless of what Michelle, Hussein and Jeremiah would have us believe.

Let’s not ask the advice of Oprah,,, we might get it!!!
