She REALLY is a KIND person. When our husbands were stationed in Hawaii I met her, in 2002. My son was a baby at this time and he had a lot colics, Julie surprised me with more than 10 cans of an expensive formula named "Nutramagen". She had compassion with my family poor pay check(my ex husband was a Sgt) and Julie genuinelly came to her officer's wives friends and get help to my son so as my family as well with not only formula but also clothes. She is a GOOD person. She never could take any advantage of nobody. She does enjoy help others. I testify for her honesty and generous heart. Andrea (South Riding, V.A.)
