I was in the Marine Corps. You know what they say…”Once a Marine, ALWAYS a Marine!!” I’m incensed!!! It wouldn’t matter to me if this idiot did this to any member of the military…I would be fuming just as much!! And his stature doesn’t make him small…his character makes him small!!! He is a character…he has no character!! And the very freedom he has to operate his business as a lawyer is given to him by the people who have served, are serving, and who have died for this country!!! If he was in Israel, he would sing a different tune…every man who reaches 18 spends at least 2 years in the Israeli Army, and I believe the women do too. He should feel blessed he has the freedom to refuse to serve! Unbelievable!!!

As the Mother of an Army Sergeant who is being deployed to Iraq in March I am saddened that my son will be fighting so this total cretin can commit felonies against military men. I would be willing to bet he never served in the military….at 5′ 6″ he wouldnt be much good, and he has a nerve calling anyone else small (I dont want to get crude but my guess he is “small” too if you know what I mean) What a pathetic individual, my guess is he is an unethical lawyer too. His mother should be ashamed she raised a son who is definitely not a “mensch”.

Typical lawyer. Hiding behind his knowledge of the system. I would take a lot of pleasure in seeing this scumbag get a little dose of humble pie. He’s lucky the Marine didn’t beat his ass on the spot (which I probably would have done), although I’m positive he would have sued for a hefty, jackpot settlement (back to the lawyer thing).
