Forgive me if this seems like a stupid question, but KBR is a contracted firm by the government. The government contracts all kinds of companies and workers. They’re not soldiers or politicians, although they have ties to them.

Why does this need to be political? I’ve followed her interviews, and Jamie Leigh doesn’t really state political views anywhere along the line.

If I think the neighborhood elementary school is great, should I rush to the defense of the guy who fixed its roof when he’s accused of a crime? How does that work?

The company seems to operate on unacceptable terms. There are multiple accusers. Why shouldn’t we just drop them; kill the contract so the real issues can surface?

p.s. the “container” was supposedly air conditioned and outfitted with a bed.

-Looking at the logic behind this statement, I’d guess that you don’t support the troops and their families. After all, both Curt and Chris G. have done military service in their lives. With Chris still being in the service. At the same time, you are treating Curt and Chris with the same vile that you falsely accuse them of treatimg Mrs. Jones with.

However, I am not going to jump to conclusions. Maybe you do support the military. I don’t know, and I don’t really care. I just know that if I were to come back from service in Iraq and hear a lot of the “Slug-Slime” that the people who are really far left are spewing out then I would feel that they don’t support me and my brothers and sisters in arms. Every bit as much as the people they claim don’t support me.

In the end, it won’t matter. After I grauate college with a Bachelors in Kinesiology then I will pass Basic Underwater Demolition/Seal Academy and I will become a Navy Seal Team Corpsman as well as; a Rifle Man and a Charlie Eighteen Engineer. So I won’t care who supports me, I will have the only support I will need for the rest f my life. That is the support from other members of the Armed Forces who I will serve with. I am done with this thread.

How is it not possible that she may be lying? Since when are people always honest just because their family will be hurt if they aren’t given that this never stops people from lying in their daily practice? That’s a pretty weak statement, although thanks for sharing your opinion.

I don’t know why, because quiet frankly I think anybody who were to see that comment would lose I.Q. points. Which would be a pretty big loss, especially to people like me who are just getting started in being involved with national issues such as criminal activity in a war zone.

Sue and many, many others think it is the woman’s job to prove her case. That is actually the prosecutor’s job. If the prosecutor is embarrassed or has other things to do, he drags his feet. That is what happened here. This women will get nothing from our courts.

Well, at least you didn’t claim the accused/defendant had to prove something. The prosecutor’s job begins by determining if the claimant is credible. Otherwise, he/she winds up being Nifonged. A lovely new word in our vocabulary thanks to someone who cried rape when there was none and a prosecutor not willing to do his job.

You really don’t know what happened here, you are repeating unproven allegations and claiming them as facts. Why don’t you hold off until at least indictments are issued before condemning these people to hades. Murtha didn’t have the decency to do that and we all know where his impatience to condemn got him.
