The Chicago Minuteman do one protest a month to support agents Ramos and Compean.  It was planned for eleven AM and we arrived about quarter till.  Though several of the Minutemen were in the area all were in their cars when we arrived.  Approaching we were trying to see if any Minutemen were already there or if we were the first to arrive.  We had been in phone contact with several people and knew they were right in the area but we couldn’t figure out where they all were.

While we were waiting we decided to get some pictures and videos of the goons in their natural habitat so we walked out to the median and began filming.  A lady was selling the Communist paper there and asked us if we were Minutemen.  We responded in the affirmative, she noted proudly the headline of the communist paper which had the story of a Minuteman rally in New Jersey that had been, according to her, shut down by them.

She then began shouting that we were Minutemen alternating that with chanting “Death to the Minuteklan.”  The crowd of about 30-40 people on the sidewalk joined in with the chant and soon all forty people were calling for our death.

At that point several of the goons darted across the street and began trying to bat the cameras out of our hands.  Several more came across the street splitting up, one group of mostly women began dragging MJ across the street by her camera, it’s strap around her wrist.  The other group, mostly men approached me and attempted to keep me from getting to MJ and still trying to get the camera away from me.

I began to try to fight my way toward MJ pushing laughing goons out of my way like some sort of demented schoolyard battle all the while I can see these goons hitting her, pushing her and shoving her.  This battering was so intense that the batteries in her camera were dislodged from a locking compartment that we normally have a hard time opening.

Meanwhile my attackers had managed to keep me away from MJ and finally got the camera away from me.  At several points I thought they were going to get seriously violent, though with me they mostly just pushed and shoved me, hitting me from behind, like the weasels they emulate so well.

Finally, one of the males (note I don’t say “man”) who was attacking me got hold of the camera, dashed around the corner of the building and smashed the camera into the ground as hard as he could throw it…

Apparently a J-School student was at the event and took pictures of the whole attack, calling it completely unprovoked.  While a few people were arrested we will see if they are actually prosecuted. 

This is the way leftists deal with those who disagree with them.  Shout, scream, push, vandalize.
