<description>Better to wear pink or yellow or don pictures of Che than to wear red, white, and blue with stars and bars.

For too many people, the star spangled banner cannot fly anymore.

It might be important to remember the November elections. They happened with a whimper, and an, &quot;oh man, this is gonna suck&quot; for many people. For others, it was a drug of power. It was an affirmation of their denial, excuses, and pipedreams, and it was a blank check to do as they wished without any media check and balance. That is how dramatic change happens: by apathy, with a little surprise, and then with a dissolving of sanity in favor of personal empowerment, political agendas over national agendas, and objectives that seek to finger point and further those gains by scapegoating rather than by accomplishing. November was an exercise in apathy, fatigue, and some frustration, and when it happened, there was little surprise, little horror, little fear. Now as alert clerks and concerned aircraft passengers get sued for reporting concerns, get labeled racists, and are publicly flamed while terrorists and terrorist wannabees get off (figuratively, literally, and metaphorically), we have to ask...how far does this go?

Democrats have 539 days left to make a difference. Rhetoric won&#039;t carry the day again-not in the face of proven lies.

Site suggestion:
