I had my church kids and my own make cards and we all sent them to him while he was still at Walter Reed. How much would it cost to ship Penn, Sarandon and Fonda over to Europe or Canada? I'd contribute money in a heartbeat. I can guarantee you NO ONE would miss them and they would be happier in their socialist utopias.
