Most of his "accomplishments" were more (R) Congress accomplishments than Executive Branch, but he gets the credit. If a (D) Congress accomplishes anything, Pres Bush will get the credit. If there is success in Iraq (and that's the only acceptable outcome), then he will get the credit as much as he gets the blame right now). Me? I'm still waiting to see the MSM cover the Nov MNF briefing that said 7000 Al Queda had been killed in IRAQ since 10/04.
