Sorry, dumbass, but I was actually of voting age in 1992. I lived that – as I lived and served and suffered in the Carter years. Remember that? I took my oath before Nixon left. Remember that? Or were you still in diapers? When did you take your oath to support this country? Or did you?

OK, starting with the “new tone”, we have Bush II:

1) basically letting Klintoon and the former administration getting away with all kinds of criminal and treasonous behavior (selling satellite targeting data to China, illegal foreign political donations, etc.) No investigations, all swept under the rug.

2) allowing Klintoon cronies and appointees to remain at their cushy government positions in the CIA, FBI, State Dept. etc. (who then later undermine efforts against the jihadi war)

3) letting Teddy (the fat fuck drunk) Kennedy write the education bill (whatever happened to the Republican idea of ELIMINATING the Education Department and letting state and local government take responsibility for children’s education?)

4) refusing to call the “War on Terror” what it should be called; a war against radical facist islamism.

5) refusing to call said “religion” what it is; a death cult that needs to be annhilated, instead of this “religion of peace” nonsense. (whatever happened to “you are either with us or against us?”

6) never vetoing a SINGLE spending bill, many of which are laden with pork

7) allowing large corporate interests to influence immigration policy which now has an estimated 10-20 million illegal invaders here “doing jobs Americans won’t do” (what a fucking insult!) as opposed to letting market forces dictate prices and wages for things like housing and agricultural products.
allowing extreme fringe environmental groups dictate energy policy by blocking drilling in ANWR and clogging the permitting process for new gasoline refineries.

I could go on, but it is enough for me. Tell me again why I should blindly vote FOR politicos who happen to be in the (R) column? Sorry, it is not enough to say that letting the Donks win power will be worse. Giving me the choice between the jackasses and the RINOs, is like asking me if I choose to die by drowning or being burned to death. Frankly, I choose neither, so I will sit home and wait for REAL conservatives in the mold of Reagan to emerge.
