This business about the Marine shooting the alleged unarmed enemy combatant is just plain silly. This Marine did just what any other soldier would of done. You have a enemy scumbag (I will not call these idiots soldiers, soldiers do not behead civilians) lying on the ground, his hands under his body either pretending to be dead, already dead, or wounded and unconscious…

Then you have a Marine who was shot in the face the day before along with one of his buddies being killed from a boobytrapped body nearby, as reported by CNN,

About a block away, a Marine was killed and five others wounded by a booby-trapped body they found in a house after a shootout with insurgents.

What does he do, he shoots him….your goddamn right he shoots him and I would of done the same. He should have a medal given to him in fact and hopefully someone starts a legal defense fund, because I will contribute to get this kid his medal.
